Still my 2nd favorite hotel in all of Manila. I’ve never had a complaint until my last days. The internet on the 11floor (1103) was almost nonexistent. We had to go to the elevator area to get a decent signal. But everything was great otherwise and the Internet was good on all the other floors we stayed in.

property is good for the money. spacious, clean room, nice bathroom with good water pressure.breakfast is 600 php, acceptable for the price and convenience, because you need to walk for 5 -10 minutes to find a good place to eat.

Love it. We normally stay at the Citadines in Makati but wanted to save some money and try someplace new. I’m glad we stayed here and we ended up extending our stay and if the hotel was not fully booked tonight we would stay here tonight. We return tomorrow for a couple of days and hop to spend our last weeks in the Philippines here. Staff is amazing. Air Con is great. The beds and pillows are perfection. Absolutely no complaints!

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Food was a bit pricey. Room service was not 24hrs. Our other room was ready at check in time, but the other one was not, even if check in was 3PM. Over all, it was ok.

We enjoyed our stay and extended it. Amazing staff & the rooms are very nice. You can tell it’s a newer hotel because everything is in tiptop condition. I may never leave ❤️

This hotel is a welcoming oasis in the middle of Quezon City. Lower priced but a better value that Luxent Hotel, which is where I usually stayed at when I'm in the area. Everyone from the doormen/security to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff. All of them epitomize how workers in the hospitality industry should be. This is my go-to place now whenever staying in Manila.

The best place to stay
2.5
I stayed here for 3 weeks and the staff was one of the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful in Manila. Quezon City doesn't have many good hotels but this is definitely one of them. Erika, Olga, Edward, Joemarie, and Hera of the front desk made this stay worth it. But if Olga had helped me that one day with coordinating a laundry pick-up, this would have been a perfect 10 stay. I actually tip very well. There was a minor issue with some room service but Hera and Jason helped right the error. The room service was really good, minus that one mishap. I'd recommend a more diverse menu, too. Personally, I didn't like the plates they used. The plate surface was concrete-y, so to speak. One with a smoother surface would have been a better choice for plateware. Hotel security staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Ardenhills and is now my go-to place when coming to Manila. I have business to do in Alabang right now and I'm staying at Azumi. It is night and day. Azumi doesn't hold a torch when compared to Ardenhills and Azumi actually has a higher customer satisfaction rating. Something's wrong with that picture. Stay at Ardenhills - you won't be disappointed.

Nice central location with self parking
2.5
The staff is very friendly and professional. Compared to the selection of hotels in QC, this place was a welcome change. Luxent is nice but a little too pricey. Ardenhills really fit the bill in terms of bang for the buck. The front of the hotel is really congested with the number of parking spaces but there is a parking garage on several levels. Been here for a week and extended for another. Will probably head down to Alabang afterwards. For QC, this hotel is a great option as a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Such a nice hotel, we only stayed 2 nights but the room was so spacious and the staff were incredible. From Canada and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling internationally!

Absolutely great! Super clean, super spacious, the room has its own wifi router, pillows were sooo plump and comfy, TV is just the right size anywhere you sit in the room. Shower water was strong, bedside table is just the right size, fridge was cold enough, cold hairdryer, clean kettle, ample room lighting, closet had wooden hangers. Hotel did not scrimp on its amenities. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Would love to go back!

I came across this property while searching for the most convenient place to stay the night before my business meeting in QC. This one met my requirements: Clean, safe, convenient, courteous, helpful and efficient staff.
The wi-fi didn’t work on my i-phone despite the IT guy’s efforts. That wasn’t the deal breaker

Family of 4 with 2 kids under 11yo. Chose this place because it was new, very affordable, and super close (minutes car ride) to mega mall SM Mall North EDSA. Nice indoor-ish pool, affordable no-frills massage on site, and 2 restaurants to pick from.

If there was a 10 Star, not five, I'd give them 11 Stars.
The place is spotless, the service is amazing, the friendliness, the smiles, the politeness, ... This made my stay a true quality of comfort.
This is definitely going to be my place in Manila every time I'm in town.
