About this house rental
A private row home in Fells Point, one of the best historic neighborhoods! Short walk to the waterfront, Johns Hopkins & Canton. Close to the inner harbor. 2 Fully furnished bed rooms, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi tub and a 3 person couch that fully reclines into a bed. A large newly remodeled kitchen. Flat screen TV with netflix & a comfy leather recliner are on display in this unique row home from 1903. 3 blocks to the waterfront or Canton, 1 block to Patterson Park.
Layout of the 1st floor begins with the living room with a flat screen television then the recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and barstool seating. The side door leads out to the deck and garden patio enclosed by a privacy fence. The house has central air/heat.
The house is a block away from the beautiful 300 acre Patterson Park, 3 blocks away from the waterfront promenade(boardwalk) and a short walk to either Canton square or Fells Point (bars, restaurants and shopping). Johns Hopkins is a short walk North.
Access to everything except exterior storage room.
House has an electronic lock and everything you need. I have a partner on call.
This is a historic neighborhood in a great area of Baltimore city. Nearby to Hopkins and 1 block from the largest park in Baltimore (Pond, pool, ice skating rink, dog parks and courts). Nestled within the neighborhood are several unique neighborhood bars and restaurants. Additionally, there are a few large historic churches in the neighborhood. Next door is Johnny Rads bar with amazing pizza and good local beers.
Would recommend walking or Uber. Public transportation can work too, but bus rides in Baltimore arent always the most pleasant (personal opinion)

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the property. It was clean, a great location and the Host provided additional information about restaurants and activities in the area. The house had everything we needed, plus there was outdoor space which is a bonus. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Baltimore.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was a short walk to great food. The property management were extremely helpful with recommendations for local eateries. The property was clean and a great example of a Baltimore row house. It is a good location near a park and the docks for those morning walks. Overall, we had a great time and would defintately stay with them again.

We stayed here for a month. The place was clean, the host was helpful and communicative, and the location was ideal. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. Lots of food nearby, too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there in the future.
