POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $175/night, hot tub/spa is $75/night charge, or heat both pool and hot tub/spa for $250/night. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool or spa heated. Heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. The pool is a swimmable 85 degrees when heated but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***
