OVERVIEW: A charming OCEAN BLOCK home in North Rehoboth Beach and steps to the northern end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. There is a lovely enclosed porch on the first level and a second-level balcony where guests enjoy relaxing views of Lake Gerar and the Atlantic Ocean.
This home features hardwood floors on both the first and second levels, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The kitchen is to the rear of the house, while a living and dining space is to the front, located just inside the enclosed porch facing Lake Avenue. One bedroom and bathroom are also on the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms on the second level with two bathrooms. Enjoy the outdoor space with a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Steps from the beach and boardwalk on Lake Ave. There is a community playground across the street, views of Lake Gerar, and great ocean views from the rooftop deck.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. three vehicles.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, lovely outdoor space, and high-speed internet.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Streaming services are only available with high-speed internet. Window AC units are not provided; there is no central AC. Linens are not supplied; however, the host does offer a rental package for guests. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel
