Inside this zero-energy smart home is a modern coastal living space with a large sectional and side chairs, and a kitchen with high-end new appliances, culinary essentials, and plenty of counter space. Dine indoors and for drinks and dessert head out to the balcony, where you’ll find a dining table and chairs overlooking the canal.

The primary suite features a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. Thoughtfully designed, the second and third bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. A half bath and a washer and dryer can also be found in this home.

Great property in a great area. The property mgr/owner was very receptive to our needs. Any issues that were addressed were resolved. We loved the proximity to the beach and the amenities and hope to return.

PROS -New house -New dock -Good A/C -Shaded pool -Plenty of dishes and silverware -Responsive rental company CONS -Never felt relaxed or safe due to lots of people and noise-Extreme noise, lots of people, vehicles, and heavy equipment moving around from 8am-5pm Mon-Sat -House is poorly insulated and outdoor sounds are clearly audible 24 hrs a day. -3-story home requires endless stair climbing and safety management with kids -Unexpected and unannounced people came onto the property 5 times for unknown reasons (scouting for a burglary?) -The mattresses are big blocks of very stiff memory foam and super uncomfortable. -Dining room chairs are actively falling apart -

We enjoyed the house very much, the location was great, the bay was perfect for kids fishing, we saw manatee, dolphins, and my kids caught and released a few catfish. We had paddle boards and the kids loved this. My only issue was there is a lot of construction going on right now in the new neighborhood, construction men working on house next to us made it a bit uncomfortable as my girls and I felt like we were constantly being watched as we enjoyed the pool and sunning loungers. Lots of noise early 6:30 am and throughout the day. Aside from that minor flaw the house was beautiful, clean, and communication with management was great. The community will be perfect once construction is complete. My family would rent this home again. Thank you for a great week

We had an incredible time at this property. Everything in it is high quality and good taste. Having an under the roof pool, was amazing. Communication was excellent and fast at every moment. We would definitely come back many times.

This was the nicest beach house we’ve ever stayed in. It was so pretty and everything was super clean and all linens had a fresh, clean smell. We loved the private pool and dock, we even got to see several manatees right by the dock. We didn’t have any needs, but we received several texts making sure everything was okay. Will definitely be booking here again.

Our recent getaway at this vacation rental in the new green community near the beach was truly special. We visit Florida every year with a group of dear friends for the holidays, and this was our first foray into booking a rental home instead of a hotel. The smart home's eco-friendly touches were impressive, but what stood out the most was the genuinely warm upscale feel, and welcome of the place. Just a mile from the beach, it felt like a home away from home. Mornings were peaceful, with the sound of waves in the distance. The homeowners behind this place seem to genuinely care – not just about the environment, but about creating a comfortable space for their guests. If you're looking for a place that combines modern convenience, eco-friendliness, and a sincere sense of hospitality, this spot in the growing green community is worth checking out.
