Welcome to your Home Away from Home in beautiful Coeur d'Alene! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence, nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood, offers more than just a place to stay.
Our property features the main living areas as well as a welcoming downstairs family room and outdoor spaces where you can relax and connect with nature. It's the perfect setting for families, friends, or solo travelers.

Located in Fairway Meadows; a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. You will be a 5-minute walk to the Centennial Trail, a 15-minute bike ride to downtown, and a short 5-minute drive from restaurants, breweries, froyo, sushi, coffee shops, and more!

Garage Use:
While you'll have the house to yourself, please note that the garage is locked as it houses tools essential for maintaining our garden. Our garden requires regular attention, particularly during the summer months, and we'll typically be on the property after work (between 5:00-6:00 pm) We will be sure to inform you when we do plan on stopping by.
Upstairs:
Upstairs, guests will relish a contemporary kitchen adorned with modern amenities, including a GE Profile gas range equipped with a griddle and no-preheat air fry feature. There's also a spacious refrigerator with convenient ice and water dispensers, a dishwasher for easy clean-up, and a large stainless steel farmhouse-style sink. It features a drying rack, cutting board, and prep container accessories for culinary enthusiasts. Seating options abound, from the kitchen island to the bar-style dining table and a cozy living room area.
Upstairs Master Suite:
The upstairs master suite offers a serene view of the outdoor patio and features a small desk, creating an ideal laptop workspace. The master bath boasts a luxurious tile shower, a jetted tub for relaxation, and a generous walk-in closet for your convenience.
Downstairs:
On the lower level, you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms, a family room with a television, and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining. There's also a well-appointed bathroom and a laundry room for added convenience during your stay.
Garden and Outdoor Space:
The property is home a (seasonal) backyard garden, yielding seasonal delights such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Guests are invited to explore the gardens and greenhouse, where they can pluck fresh, seasonal vegetables at their leisure. The backyard features a shaded stone patio with a welcoming fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars. There's a gas barbecue for outdoor cooking, and additional seating options on the deck.
Pet-Friendly and Fenced Yard:
Animal lovers will be delighted to know that animals are welcome, and the yard is securely fenced for the safety and enjoyment of dogs. We kindly request that animals be kept out of the garden beds, as we are diligently working to make them dog-proof. Please note that, as there are neighboring dogs, you may hear some barking during your stay.

We stayed here to take our sons to Silverwood to celebrate a birthday. We also travel with our dog Tallulah, so finding a safe place for her to be at in our absence was very important to us. The house was well appointed and comfortable with three bedrooms that fit us perfectly. The decor is unique and enjoyable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with anything we needed during our stay. The only reasons that I did not rate this home with a perfect rating was that the sheets on the master bed were pilly and a little rough for my tastes, (although I am super picky when it comes to my bedding, this was not an issue in any of the other beds), and detailMy favorite features was both the lovely backyard with seating area, a nice sized grassy area for our dog, and the jetted tub for relaxing after a long day at the park!

We stayed for a couple days and me and my family really enjoyed and liked it. It has every thing you will need and it’s pretty clean!

A great laid out home for a busy family. We all were able to have our own space. Everything we needed was available and didn't need to request anything extra. Yard was shaded nicely which was perfect for the pups during the heat wave.
Hosts were accommodating to our needs and was appreciated greatly by us all.

The property is very quiet, it was set up perfect for me to be able to work. The kitchen is great for cooking, loved the coffee station! Plenty of space for a large group or for a single person like me. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable. I loved that the house numbers were so large right on the front of the house, made it very easy to see. The welcome bottle of wine and bag are so darling, very sweet little touch to welcome guests. Im not a wine drinker but I still appreciated the sentiment behind it. I only have a few complaints. The bath tub stopper kept coming unsealed which made for a frustrating soak. When it did seal it vibrated the whole tub and made a very loud sound like it was getting ready to take off. Eventually I gave up and took a shower, which was much nicer. The shower head in the master is marvelous! If I could make one very serious suggestion it would be to replace the pillows. They are very flat and uncomfortable. Thanks for the lovely stay!
