Guest has access to the whole property except for the garage.
There are three stairs to access the main door and stairs leading from the back patio to the backyard. However, this is a single-level home with no stairs inside.

-Quiet hours MUST be followed from 9pm-9am
-NO parties or events: will result in immediate vacating of the property.
-NO smoking inside the home: subject to extreme penalties and/or fines
-MAXIMUM of 6 guests allowed overnight
-Please pick up after your pets
-Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests.
