About this house rental
Unwind as you step into this home and take in the spectacle view across the paddocks. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the deck. Take it easy and revel in the spacious, sunlit family holiday home in the charming semi-rural and seaside community of Balnarring. A quick 20-minute stroll from the serene bay beach or the lively Balnarring Village cafes and restaurants, perfect for a holiday getaway. Five minute walk to the beautiful local wetlands to walk and bird watch, Balnarring Bowls Club, and the local tennis courts.
The home is tastefully decorated and takes full advantage of the surrounding trees and natural light. The house includes an enormous deck overlooking neighbouring farmlands with cows grazing and greeting you over the fence. the perfect space to relax and unwind, share memorable meals with family and friends and listen to the abundant native birds in this beautiful seaside village.
The living area features a large screen television, and huge couch, a spacious dining area with an eight-seater table and bar stools around the stone kitchen island. A relaxing huddle of comfy arm chairs invite you around an indoor fireplace. The living space also has a ducted cycle air conditioner and heater for comfort. Outdoor deck areas include a long 16 seat dining table, a gas Weber bbq, an outdoor fireplace for gatherings and toasting marshmallows in the backyard.
Central ceiling heating and cooling in the living space, electric cooktop and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, ice dispensing fridge , European laundry with washing machine.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 30 minutes drive south. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions. Great walking trails, for all degrees of difficulty are close on the peninsula.
Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.
Strictly no parties, functions, events or Schoolies
Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.
