Great place tons of bathrooms, maintained and clean. The only trouble we had was an older couple family member could not find it from google maps. They spent over three hours trying to find it, need to put a sign at bottom of driveway to help the the less savvy find it. When we got there my direction link took us straight to it, which I had shared that link with everyone.

This house was perfect for our visit to Grand Lake for a family reunion. We had three generations of my husband's family staying here and the house was wonderful for visiting but also giving you the ability to retreat into a bedroom for privacy if needed to relax. The views were amazing and George was very responsive to any questions we had. The proximity to town was great - close enough to be able to get to town quickly but far enough out that traffic was never an issue.
