About this house rental
A charming country house with charm and character awaits you with a dream vacation.
This typical Provençal vacation home made of noble materials with its pretty private pool, nestled in a delightful romantic green park shaded by old trees, welcomes you near L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Enjoy privacy inside as the bedrooms are on a staggered level and on the second floor in a two-part interior. In the main wing you will find a large, cozy living room with piano and table soccer and a modern kitchen overlooking the magnificent terrace with natural shade and the garden, olive and fruit trees and outdoor playground equipment that make it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy between two baths.
The location is magical between the majestic Mont Ventoux, the natural massif of the Luberon and the Alpilles. During your walks along the canals of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, you can discover the old wash houses and paddle wheels. Once a year, a floating market takes place here. This is when a traditional market is re-enacted in medieval garb, with vendors offering their wares in boats on the Sorgue River. The collegiate church of Notre-Dame-des-Anges is also worth a visit. You can also go as far as the village of Le Thor to discover the unique cave of Thouzon. The Partage des Eaux, i.e. the place where the river splits in two, is a must.
With this beautiful vacation home you will discover all the secrets of the Vaucluse.
