The worst stay EVER!

The property was beautiful at first glance. The property had a dead dried rodent in the car port, full trash cans and cobwebs throughout the property. The first night it was very hot inside (84 degrees) and a request for service was made. A follow up phone call was placed where the technician was supposed to contact me and complete the repair of the air conditioner. No technician came and no phone calls were made. I place call #2 early in the day to find out when the air conditioner would be fixed (90+ degrees outside temperature) to ensure the air was fixed. Call 3 was placed to check status of technician when the inside temperature was 84 and multiple attempts to get it corrected or compensated so another property could be booked. No resolution provided. No compensation provided. I would have been better off renting a $20 campsite

A wonderful getaway place to stay, but a few items need addressed.

The location was perfect and close to many places we needed to go to.

The living room furniture was broken down. You sunk down in it when trying to sit down. The smaller bathroom had two nail sticking up through the floor.
