About this house rental

Fully remodeled GORGEOUS home right off the main drag of Leadville. This house is the prime location with a huge fenced in double lot for your kids and dog to play. 1/2 block to the main drag full of restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. Our favorites are City on the Hill for coffee and breakfast burritos and Treeline Kitchen for dinner and drinks. A hop, skip, and a jump to the starting line for the Leadville Race Series. Tons of parking space available on site. We've kept the old Victorian charm and met the house with an "old meets new" kinda vibe. 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and blow-up beds galore) 1 bath with the original claw foot tub. Huge stain glass windows light up the house which add to the light and bright feel we've got going. Restored original barn wood floors, doors, farmhouse sink, and you'll see the three original chimneys in the house. Huge backyard with gorgeous mountain views, gas grill, fire pit, and southern exposure. Check out the "barn" in the back that was the original home that was on the property.

This was such a great place to stay - and the only difficulty sometimes is that you have to use the vrbo app for communication which is just.... cumbersome and slow. But the place? Amazing - modern West vintage decor, great location, charming out the wazoo. We'd live there. It's a great place to stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this house. First off working with Katie before/after our stay was a breeze. This is one of the best homes I've ever stayed in -- cleanliness, location, personal touches, etc. House is about a block from downtown, you can walk everywhere. Parking was great and LOVED the completely fenced in back yard, didn't have to worry about the dog at all. He loved sunbathing in the backyard. Will 100% be back, we come to Leadville quiet often. This house is awesome, you won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed staying at the house which is located in the center of downtown. Everything was easily walkable, the neighborhood was quite and the house and yard were the perfect size for us. The fenced in yard was a big convince since we had our dog with us.

We wanted a private place to have local family come to visit, play, cook, and eat. This property provided all that, and the owner had many wonderful, personal touches we’ve never had in the past with rentals.
