This luxurious ski-in/ski-out 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom corner penthouse in Copper Mountain was completely renovated in 2023 and is the closest condo to the Eagle ski lift in all of Summit County! You'll wake up to Copper’s picturesque peaks outside the living room’s wall of windows, while enjoying your coffee and watching the Village come to life with skiers throw down the first tracks of the day. The brand-new gas fireplace provides a comforting glow while pushing out all the heat you'll ever need.
The chef-inspired kitchen embraces a Scandinavian sensitivity, while possessing all the modern niceties necessary for serious food preparation, including Kitchen Aid appliances, a Crockpot, Instapot, Sous Vide, griddle, waffle-maker, and two coffee makers (K Cup and pot version). The 42-square foot dining surface comfortably seats 12 and sits under a perfectly appointed pendant. The living room sports the perfect mountain couch, chosen to specifically fit the room. Lounge next to the oversized slope-side window reading a book, watching a game or listening to laughter from the villagers below. Of course, apres skiing at Copper while staying in Copper Junction provides the ultimate in leisure and convenience. Just below the condo sits Eagle BBQ that dishes smoked brisket rivaling anything coming out of Texas.
The oversized primary bedroom, custom closets, and immaculately appointed bathroom anchors the thoughtful luxury that exemplifies this perfectly designed ski condo. Primary is located on the main level, while the two rooms upstairs host their own queen bed. Between the two rooms are two bathrooms and a 6 person bunk bed in the common area for spreading out. Please feel to inquire about sleeping arrangements and extra guests.
In the summers, open the screened windows to get a lovely breeze off of the mountains. This condominium community does not have central air, but opening up the windows and using the provided fans creates a lovely fresh air environment.
From the living room, the beautiful custom stairs lead you into the upstairs family area with a 12-foot pitched ceiling. Two bedrooms with storage beds and custom closets sit adjacent to two modern bathrooms with artisan tile. The European-inspired sink allows for maximum efficiency of this family space, and the custom bunk beds are each equipped with a plug and an individual light for optimized privacy and comfort.
Leave your skis in the private locker room or in the ski racks outside the condo. Enter through the front door and stow your helmet, gloves, and goggles in your designated cubby, and hang your jacket in the custom-designed gear storage area. The ski-boot dryer in the utility closet dries your boots from their last use, provides nice storage, and allows you to heat them just prior to donning them the next day.
Copper Athletic Club has a heated pool and hot tub.
Parking: This unit has one dedicated parking spot for our guests to use. Copper Junction has an additional 7 spots in the lot next door, but those are usually filled up fairly fast. The Alpine and East lots allow overnight parking for free, but subject to change and availability. Just reach out prior to your arrival and I will confirm extra parking spots.

No Smoking, No Parties, Quite hours from 10pm to 8am, No diving in pools or hot tubs, No children can swim in pools or hot tubs without adult supervision at all times. More rules and amenity instructions in home manual.
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.
D. Renter must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without preapproval by SPRKhost. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. No fireworks on premises at any time.
I. No glitter, silly string, tape on walls for decoration, water balloons or hair dye
J. Please let us know if anything is broken as soon as possible. SPRKhost will make a reasonable effort to resolve any issues with the home or amenities located on the property.
K. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. After that (unless stated otherwise in the home description and unit-specific terms), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you'll receive a 100% refund of any rental payments made prior. Cancellations up to 14 days of reservation will receive a 50% refund.
L. Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
