The Park Creek Place is located in the heart of the Black Hills in the lovely mountain town of Hill City. The home is located on the southwest side of town across from the Mickelson Trailhead, Spring Creek and Tracy Park were the deer and turkeys frequent in the morning and evenings.

The warm and inviting custom woodwork make this 3 queen bedroom, 2 full bath home a comfortable get away while enjoying your Black Hills vacation.

Please note there is not room to park trailers.

Property was very clean and as described. Driveway was steep but not an issue with SUV. Check in and contact with property manager was easy. Great property, would stay here again.

Everything was beautiful! The only two complaints was that the back patio was overgrown with weeds and the driveway was very steep and we scraped everything entering and exiting.

Perfect place to stay for family outing to Mount Rushmore and surrounding area. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 young children.

The home is centrally located for day trips to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Custer State Park and Wind Cave NP. It is great for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of seating around a large tv and gas log stove. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The home was walking distance to the 1880's train. There is a nice little park 100 yards away and our kids played there almost every day. They also enjoyed the hot tub in the yard. The home was clean and comfortable.

The house fit our needs well for our stay. It was a very clean and nice house. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it worked well. Would stay there again.

The house inside is exactly how it looks in pictures. It was perfect for our family and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our only frustration was the steep driveway. We couldn’t use the driveway or garage as our vehicle scrapped at the bottom when we pulled in the first night. So we parked on the street and carried everything in and out.

The house is a great location when visiting the Black Hills and all the area's attractions. We found everything to be as described; and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary items if you choose to make a meal. Hill City is a cute town and a good place to stay because you are so close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and many other things. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was a advertised...just right for our needs. There were no tissues in the house, which seemed to be an odd oversight. There weren't extra paper towels either...we had to restrict our usage. However, we would stay again and recommend this house.

The interior of the home was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The outside of the home was not kept up and would be more desirable if the yard was kept up, the front porch was cleaned and the hot tub cover was kept clean. We did not use the hot tub for this reason.

The property was very comfortable, roomy and conveniently located to all the sites we wanted to see. Also the "Desperado" restaurant in Hill City was excellent. They had a very nice "prehistoric" museum. Full of history and interesting facts for visitors to discover. Would highly recommend it to others.

This house was nice, but small. Would work well for four people. The bathrooms are very small. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Driveway is very steep. Centrally located to Black Hills attractions.

This house was perfect for a fun bachelorette weekend in Hill City wine country! The location is a block from Main Street which made for easy walking to shops, food and fun! The hot tub was a nice nightcap for the evening. The house has a ton of blankets, pillows, and towels. It’s a beautiful place I would stay here again.

Very nice house, the driveway is extremely steep. There are gouges in the pavement from people scraping there bumpers. If you have a small SUV big or small it won't be as issue. Very nice location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and having a garage.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, spacious, and relaxing! It was easy to find and is close to many attractions the Black Hills has to offer. We enjoyed sitting in the cozy living room, soaking in the hot tub after hiking and sightseeing, and making meals in the spacious kitchen. We will certainly consider staying her again!

The unit is very nice, and the use of the garage highly valuable. Hence it is excellent for users of the nearby bike trail. Hill City is a good location. The driveway is so steep as to be unusable for some vehicles. Perhaps pandemic-related there was little to nothing for amenities. While there are certainly users of vacation renters who spoil it for the responsible ones, the onerous tone of the rules, regulations and limitations to this property make the stay just a bit uncomfortable.

The property was perfect for our family. The driveway was a little tricky after a blanket of fresh snow had fallen. The hot tub could use some updating. We had a wonderful time!!

Very convenient to area attractions. Clean and well provided. Not advised of washer not working til checkin which was a problem as all 4 of us only packed very limited clothes in a backpack. Had we known there might be a problem, we would have packed differently. Lovely area; interesting driveway.

This property was great for my husband and I. ! We will definitely be back! Might not work so great with a big group of people with many vehicle's and off road vehicle's. Parking is limited.

House was in a very central location for all the things we wanted to do. House was everything it was presented to be. Pictures were very true. Had a little dust under the beds but otherwise was clean. Washer was broken and had to go to laundromat which was not far. Not a great inconvenience. Hot tub and fire pit were a welcome after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of special touches made this a great house stay- dim nightlights everywhere, coffee pods and other amenities, towels for the hot tub, beautiful view, comfy beds, and the house was in great condition. The location is close to everything. The host was super helpful as well! We would stay again. (The driveway was very steep but the listing made that very clear. We were able to still make it work in our mini van).

We loved staying here! It was located close to everything we wanted to do. Enjoyed watching the neighbors feed the deer in the evenings. We visited Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, UTV rentals, Custer, Deadwood, and much much more! Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to downtown. Just overall a great place and wonderful communication. Would stay again!! Thank you!

This cabin was perfectly set up for my family. The property was just as described (including steep driveway) The kitchen was stocked with many options allowing it to be easier for cooking. The fireplace was just right on the cool evenings. I would book this cabin again. Thank you

This rental was perfect for our family of 6. The location is great for seeing the main attractions , and a great home base when we needed a break from the heat. One of our favorite places was Sylvan lake which is about 35 minutes away, a part of Custer state park. Beautiful trails, kayaking, and swimming. Loved the back patio with fire pit and hot tub. Hill city has a few restaurants and shops, we also enjoyed mini golf at Candy land and the kids enjoyed the little park across the street from the rental. Would absolutely stay again!
