- main area has central AC, 3 bedrooms with the 3 single beds and the other 2 with 2 double beds do not have central AC but summer time will have a portable unit
- pool is not heated
- pool/hot tub/landscaping maintenance staff does come on property regularly so please do not be startled during your stay if you see them. It is required for enjoyment and safe use of the property.
- fire place is cosmetic and not functional - no outdoor kitchen just a bbq
