We loved everything! The beds were so comfy, the place was impeccably clean. It was practically brand new and never used. We appreciated the beach towels.
I guess the only complaint was about toilet paper and the shower head in the one bathroom was strange.

We just returned from a girls trip to celebrate a milestone birthday and choose this property to stay. I will start with the positives, very modern condo and VERY comfortable beds. The worst part about this condo was the CONSTANT TRAINS within VERY close proximity to the condos. There were not one, not two, but three trains that ran ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG. It sounded like a construction site not to mention the blowing of the whistles. There is also some sort of electrical problem in the building, as our refrigerator beeped non stop AND lights would turn on in the middle of the night in the bedrooms. We also met multiple people at the pool (which by the way is VERY small, the pictures online make it appear much bigger then it actually is) that also said they too were having electrical problems with none of their outlets working. Lastly, the location of the condo although walkable to Broadway (about 14 minutes) is in a sketchy area with a homeless shelter only a block off. We attempted to walk the first day but decided moving forward that Uber's/Lyfts were the way to go. I had to post this review because the trains alone would be a reason not to stay here. Granted, we noticed after the fact it does list it in the posting in VERY small print, but how extensive they were and how often really needs to be highlighted. You will get NO SLEEP staying here, trust me, and we met multiple people saying the same thing. Also, there is a HORRIBLE sulfur smell in the hallways

Property was great, location was perfect, comfortably slept our group of eight. Property managers were extremely attentive and work with to respond to all texts. Overall, very satisfied.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. A few things for frequent air n' b users like myself. These are bare bones. Some of that is in the fine print, however, there are some that are not listed. They do not provide coffee filters and other than salt and pepper there are no spices or staples. All of the rentals I have used have all that so I was expecting the same here. I had just ordered groceries and then ended up using a paper towel for a coffee filter. The train wasn't too bad but there is a lot of noise above, stomping, etc, and in the hallway.

The amenities were great. The location was as expected. We could walk to Broadway but it was about 15 minutes. We mostly Ubered. The unit was very comfortable and clean. A good size for me, my husband and our 2 adult sons.
My only complaints were there was no dresser for my clothes. We were there a week so that was a hassle. One night some people were sitting out on the common patio by the pool talking. I didnt notify security but probably should have they were there all night talking, right outside our room. Also, there's a train that goes by a couple times per night. Made sleeping less than perfect.

excellent response time for any questions we had, convenient app to get in & out - appreciated the security of that. pool area was a nice feature, but got crowded very quickly on a hot day

This is an adorable place fur a large group. The decor was on point and had everything we needed due a weekend stay. It is definitely walkable to get to Broadway. Will be back!
