Muy bien (:

-La amabilidad de todos, sobretodo de Rodolfo, el Chef. - El cuarto y baño siempre muy limpios. -La alberca limpia. -El hotel es muy cómodo y bonito. - El desayuno muy rico, solo que no es muy variado (siempre huevo y pan u otro carbohidrato similar).

-La ubicación, está muy cerca del aeropuerto pero muy lejos de toda la zona turística. Se tiene que tomar taxi o Uber siempre. -Había un vigilante en la noche que no era nada amable y nunca saludaba. A pesar de ello, vale totalmente la pena y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Ok pra uma noite/perto do aeroporto

Se você procura por um lugar para passar uma ou duas noites por ser bem próximo do aeroporto, acho que o lugar atende super bem! Então, falando de localização considerando aeroporto, a nota é 10! Funcionários são muito legais! Super educados e atenciosos.

Agora, pensando em localização pra turismo: passear, mercado, restaurantes etc, não me hospedaria no local. É 10 minutos de táxi/uber pro centro e cada viagem custa em torno de 20mil pesos (valor esse que vc economizaria totalmente se escolher ficar dentro da cidade amuralhada, fazendo absolutamente tudo a pé). Achei o café manhã bem simples. Pão, ovos e poucas frutas. Eles que te servem, então não tem variedade. Fiquei em um outro hotel antes do Charme que tinha o mesmo sistema de serviço para café da manhã. Não acho que seja um problema. Mas como eles que vão me servir e eu não posso escolher o que quero comer, acredito que, pelo menos, seria legal as cozinheiras/quem irá servir o café, avisar e falar sobre o que tem. Assim eu digo se quero ou não e até evito desperdícios. O hotel está próximo de uma avenida onde passam os ônibus de festa. O quarto em que fiquei dava pra ouvir todo o barulho da rua, mesmo com tudo fechado. Então se você é uma pessoa sensível a ruídos, esse é um ponto grande de atenção.

Love the area of town, it lets you experience like a local

The breakfast was wonderful! They completely accounted for my food allergies. Fresh fruits and juices, local flavors and a faboulous cook. Rudolpho! Such a sweet man. No english at all, but my limited spanish warmed his heart and helped me learn more. We also had a very tasty lunch. The owners, Francisco ans Estafania( Stef), are fabulous too. There was a holiday during our stay, and Francisco walked up the street to the restaurant we were going to eat at that night to check if it was open so we would waste our time. What great service! I am a scent person and all the soaps are really nice and didn't bother my allergies. He made great recommendations on other restaurants and grocery stores also. The almost always sleeping house cat is very sweet. It was very easy to get to and from the airport and ubers are the only way to go. Be sure to have your translater app. Most drivers are not bilingual.

I think it may be a cultural thing, I use washcloths and neither Costa Rica, nor Cartegena had them. The bed was a little firm for me, but my husband slept like a rock. We didn't have any glasses in the room, but we also didn't ask. I'm sure they would have been provided. They have only been open since December 2023 and are doing a wonderful job.

Locatie, dicht bij het vliegveld en gemakkelijk met taxi naar het centrum. We bleven maar 1 nacht voorafgaand aan de terugkeer naar Nederland. Contact met de receptie was goed ook voorafgaand via whatsapp over aankomst tijd.

Het ontbijt is in vergelijking met andere hotels bescheiden, maar wat ons betreft wel voldoende.

Buenisima Ubicacion, Personal super amable y atento a todas nuestra inquietudes, barrio tranquilo cerquisima del aeropuerto, Desayuno sabroso, Piscina pequeña pero para nosotros tres nos quedo bien, Habitacion pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadia, instalaciones hermosas (super decoradas)

Great location, great service, very friendly staff.

Newly opened hotel in a residential area and only a short walk from the airport. Very clean and tastefully decorated with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great and the chef made sure we were happy with everything. The owner was super welcoming and offered us a lot of good tips about local restaurants. Perfect base if you need to be close to the airport.

It would be a good idea to put some hooks on the walls so you can hang a few things.

This little gem was a highlight of my trip to Cartegena.

Wonderful hidden gem that makes you feel special. I loved everything about the place. Fransisco at the front desk was always so happy and willing to chat and answer any questions a guest might have.The entire property was spotless. Housekeeping friendly and they did a wonderful job in cleaning the room. The breakfasts are wonderful. Fruit, breads, eggs and potatoes all made to order when you were ready. Juices were fresh. The chef was fabulous. He will even prepare a delicious lunch for you if you plan in advance. There’s a nice small pool on the property that’s wonderful for a quick dip after a busy day of seeing the city. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Location was a bit far from the scene of the action. Taxi drivers could never find it. Even when I showed them the address and location in Spanish.

Realmente las instalaciones del hotel fueron excelentes, se muestran tal como salen en las fotos de referencia. El desayuno espectacular, sus platos a la carta, igual muy recomendados. La atención del personal, excepcional, super atentos, muy amables y educados. Siempre atentos a que como huéspedes nos sintiéramos como en "casa". Sin duda alguna, lo recomiendo mucho, y claro que volvería a hospedarme en Charme 64 Casa Boutique.

Que no cambien las toallas de las habitaciones por los días que estuve hospedada, que la piscina solo este abierta hasta determinada hora, considerando que como huéspedes, llegábamos de hacer turismo y queríamos utilizar la piscina, pero ya no se podía por el horario.

Un exelente lugar

Lugar bien ubicado, puedes llegar caminando desde el aeropuerto , la zona es muy segura y vigilada,tiene droguerías mini market panaderías y restaurantes Serca , el personal excelente, prestos a atenderte , la habitación súper linda y super limpia , al igual que su piscina, el desayuno fue variado y completo .

Modern New Hotel

Indeed, it is a beautifully designed hotel. Definitely the best towels and nicest room, our faced the street and a better than average breakfast. The cook was very nice and friendly, as were Pamela and Francisco. The neighborhood is very chill, quite and cooler than cartegena.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, though we felt that the owners' presence and their rules were a bit stifling. Additionally, we had the street facing room which was bright and louder at night but I guess it's a toss up between beauty and tranquility, and I recognize that I'm a light sleeper. Also, I give them credit for caring about improving. They should put out a sign. If people are looking for it it's opposite the pedicab lot.

Good value for what it offers

A restful night sleep as after 1100 pm and the last party busses have passed though the area this neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Nice family owned and run hotel

Excellent! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

The property is very nice and well maintained. I was there with 4 of my friends for a duration of 7 nights. Breakfast was included throughout our stay the entire week & was made by a very kind hearted chef that would also make anything else you’d like during the day if you let them know im advance that you are planning to have other meals at the hotel. Room service was offered every day at flexible hours as well as separate sets of towels for the pool/beach. Keep in mind this is a very cozey place where the owner used to have as a home and later transformed into a hotel by adding a third floor. There was security every night which made it feel extremely safe. The airport was a 5 min drive away and Marbella beach was a 15 min walk from the hotel. Theres a convenience store right around the corner as well as street food carts, restaurants, hair salons, nail salons & drugstore all accessible right around the corner at 2 to 10 min walks. I really recommend this location.

The safety box was too small, would recommend them to get bigger ones incase you want to fit a laptop or camera.

La ubicación me pareció ideal, ya que está bastante cerca del aeropuerto. Es un hotel nuevo y se nota en las instalaciones, muy bien cuidadas, la cama super cómoda y la habitación que usé estaba amplia, la atención a mí parecer fue excelente. Me gustó mucho y sin duda reservaría de nuevo allá.
