The staff was nice. And the room was clean but the heat did not work in the room. It was 1:30 in the morning when I arrived. The person at the front desk did come up and try to resolve. He could not get to eat working I thought he was going to give me a new room leaky back up with a space heater under his arm. So it was very cold that night for the space heater to heat the room up took about four or five hours. The next day the lady at the counter said they would give me a discount. I received a receipt that said they charged me $53 but on my credit card statement it still has that you charged me the full $101 dollars. So I am hoping to have it resolved in my credit card where you give me my discounted rate I was promised

Good experience, place was as advertised, staff responsive and cordial. Good location.

Was absolutely disgusting and we did not end up staying. Want a refund as the owner of the hotel refused despite the condition of the rooms.

It was clean, kind and happy staff, and provided a good breakfast. The difficulty was that my room smelled like paint and I couldn't control the heat, so I didn't sleep well.

Stayed one night everything was good the bed was very comfortable

If you stay here, then you need to work harder in life. That is all.

I was surprised to see how dirty the 3rd-floor hallway was. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Our bathroom was ok, had loose faucets and the floor was a little dirty. The bed seemed a bit old as well, very bouncy, not firm and the pillows flat and cheap. Everything else was fine. We would stay there again to give it the benefit of the doubt but the price we paid wasn't worth all of the little things that we noticed that shouldn't have been.

Bed had big divot in middle and AC stopped working middle of night. When checked out told them but no response at all. BKFT was the only good thing, eggs/bacon and bread
2.0
Average hotel room, nothing special but fine, except that the mattress majorly sagged in the middle, forcing you to fight rolling to the center of the bed all night. With a different mattress, the room would have been perfectly acceptable.

Extremely overpriced ... very out dated.. not clean.

Entire hotel needs updating especially the outer part of the building. The entry door to the room was in disrepair making it difficult to open and close. The room was missing a garbage can and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken.

Room would not lock. Staff wouldn’t fix.

First time to Vermont so i was not at all familiar with area. We just did not feel comfortable in the area. But staff was super nice. Lady at breakfast was especially nice. Hotel was clean

: Easy to check in, nice welcoming experience, fridge and microwave are appreciate, breakfast (7 to 10) look good but we had to leave at 7 am. -: Window was really dirty, mattress really too smooth and pillow not good quality, Restroom needs renovation. The room did not look very good but did the job. It's expensive for what I got.

We appreciated the cold air cond. and the cold fridge. The shower was nice too.

They entered my room when I did not want them to

Ivy was lovely at check in.
Our room was dirty, king bed only had (3) tiny pathetic pillows. We immediately called for 2 more and got them. Soaps & shampoos in shower were clogged with gunk. A paint rag was left hanging on the shower curtain rod. Room smelt like wet paint.
Overall hotel was and felt damp and moldy.
Would not recommend nor would we stay again.

Overall, good place to stay for a night or two. Rooms were ok. However outdated. Repairs were amateur. Filled holes in walls or doors. Loose towel bars, fixtures in bathroom. Fixtures around the room were old and rusty. Tv didn’t work. Breakfast was convenient and excellent. Staff was very friendly. For the price I would expect it to be more updated and clean. But i would stay here again if needed

$340 CAD for the Room 141 is a crime !!

Everything was great with one exception. The kleenex holder was empty, which was inconsequential. Cleaning staff was very courteous and friendly.

The elevator had a stuck between the second and third floor for approximately 15 minutes. We got up to the third floor finally just to find it our key and road 314 did not work. Walked back down the stairs got a room and room 103 and found spiders and crickets in the room.

Property was not maintained, room was dirty and the staff did not respond to any requests.

Dirty poor condition didn't stay. Couldnt code room card after 3 tries. Filthy poor repair. Did not stay there. Refund my money please.

when the rate for a room is $237,We expect the cleaning to have be deep. I think they are doing renovations and are missing the deep cleaning for floor and furniture. We found food in the refrigerator.

We had trouble opening the door to our room because it was swollen, to find it had no safety chain and the deadbolt didn’t line up and was useless. The AC didn’t work, the bathroom had obvious water stains and the paint was peeling off of the tub. There was no soap in the shower dispensers and the shampoo was a congealed slime coming out of the dispensers. The mattresses were clearly old. Not worth the amount we paid and it caused a fight between my husband and I.

I was not.
Satisfied with this room at all. It was hard to open the door had to push it with my shoulder. All of the towels were stained. I felt like I way overpaid for the room. No, no wastebasket in the rcouldn't figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. I'd to call the front desk for the rate. I felt like it was very outdated. If I hadn't.
Booked third party.I would have canceled after I arrived

The property is simply awful. Staff is rude and unpleasant. They took an extra deposit stating it never went through, and when showing it had, it took overnight to get it resolved. Not that it was a large amount, but it was a matter of fact. Customer service is important and the service was awful.
The pools was not working, yet the manager states it said it in the site. I mentioned it was NOT stated on the Expedia site where we reserved from to that she said it was posted it was not working.
The room was dated and the toilet was very low and unstable. Window did not close completely and mold covered the window ledge.
The safe did not work and when asked we were told it was an extra charge!
I can’t believe the awful accommodation and service and would never stay at a quality inn again!

Door lock was broken, bugs in room. Was there for 5 minutes and left. Very unsafe and didn’t look like the pictures.

On the reviews for this place bug in bed and crawling around room shower dirty toilet broken... I fixed. Sat signal worked for less then 20 minutes in 2 days internet stopped working and door lock kept failing and doors wouldn't close easy making everyone have to slam there doors when people complained they where told the manager has clocked out so the front desk can't contact them or fix any issues.

Overall the Quality Inn was subpar. The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty. When we arrived to our room the door was already open. In a room for 4 people, we were given 1 bath towel, no soap, and what seemed to be already used shampoo. The bedding was decent but the beds were small and not very comfortable. If you’re staying for one night it is passable if not, i would avoid booking.

Air conditioning did not work in multiple rooms. Atleast two other guests we met got trapped in the elevator on different occasions. Our room had a pillow stuffed in the no longer functional a/c unit to keep rodents out. Hole in the ceiling with insulation coming out, Room was dirty with possible vomit on the ironing board that was hanging on the wall. Chunks of toothpaste on the bathroom mirroe, tub did not drain, toilet dirty and leaked. Only hand towels. Stair well door handle broken off. Multiple people asking to see the manager who left hotel to avoid dealing with the multiple issues happening- amongst which was a man trapped and pannicked in the elevator with no a/c. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was well over $300, and I truly think an inspector would condemn the place for the multiple fire code violations. I have never seen so many unhappy customers - many of whom were families traveling with young children for a sporting event. I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience inspired me.

Breakfat area needs to be upgraded and refreshed.

The first room was filthy and no working light. The second room the door was difficult to open- we were told to give it a kick. Hard to close- possibly off alignment. I would never stay there again. Left at 5am. The manager was friendly and did what she could, telling us the rooms on the other floors were nice!
2.0
- First room lacked light bulb and a/c was not working.
-Second room lacked light bulb, no trash can in room or bathroom. We were finally given one, by request, from another room (because "the a/c is not working there anyway").
- In breakfast room the coffee machine had a sign "pour regular from decaf, no decag available. Waffle machine present dispaying the sign "not working"
- Provided coffee packs and sugar but NO COFFEE MACHINE!
- Cleaning lady gave us 10 minto leave the room (at 9:45 am, not last day there).

There was nothing that we particularly liked. In fact, we had to be moved from the initial room, as the air conditioning was leaking inside, creating puddles of water. Besides, there were no bathroom supplies: shampoo, soaps, etc...
By being moved, however, we lost the king size bed, but overall, it was necessary, although the drain in the lavatory was not hooked up and it leaked badly. Had to use the garbage bin to receive the water...
The hotel is apparently being renovated, and my advice to management is to get a better group of workers. The finishings are terrible: paint splashed all over, caulking very poorly done, etc... Not recommended until they get their act together.

Bathrooms were filthy
2.0
While the paint and new flooring was a good thought, it doesn’t erase the filth. Bugs collected in the corners of the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Toilet had mold in the bowl, a shaver was sitting in the shower. We were not given towels. We forgot shower soap. We expected there to be some available. All the soap/shampoo conditioners were empty. When we asked the front desk if there was some available. They said they didn’t have a key.
Price was too much for what we got. I was not expecting to eat off the floor, but was kind of expecting to not have to worry about bugs and cleaning up after the previous guests.
2.0
room ok but the mattresses did not fit the frame so supports stick out and are potentially dangerous.
6.0
There is little to recommend this hotel. It is mediocre, at best, in most ways. We stayed two warm summer nights (July 2024) and the air conditioning was poor. In fact, it conked out in our first room and we had to move (no apology for our inconvenience). The a/c unit simply isn't enough for the space. It wasn't until many hours into the night when the outside temp dropped somewhat that the room became at all comfortable. Inexplicably, a big chair was blocking the a/c and we had to move that. Also, to say the "hot" water was lukewarm would be generous. The toilet is so low a kindergartner would struggle to manage it. Everything else about the place was just okay, though I'd say the beds were comfy enough. We didn't hear any noise, from either inside or outside (well, maybe a little traffic), so that was good, though the place was not crowded. Location right off 1-89 is very convenient and it's just a quick drive to downtown Burlington and the waterfront.
