Located in the bustling Seminyak area, you're just moments walk away from world-class restaurants, trendy cafes, and exclusive boutiques as well as Gyms and Spa activities.

The famous Double Six Beach and Seminyak Beach are just a short 15 minute stroll away.

The Villa itself is nestled down a small Gang (laneway) away from the hustle and bustle, with respectful neighbours and no construction, ensuring a nice peaceful stay.
Renowned international supermarket, Bintang, is merely a 5 minute walk from the Villa for you to stock up on supplies. Being so close to Bintang Supermarket, means you are also close to the main road running through Seminyak, JL Raya Seminyak. This positioning affords you excellent walkability around the area.

The Airport takes approximately 25 mins to reach both ways (both morning and evening) and you are also conveniently close to the main highway (Sunset Road), that allows you to easy access the rest of the Island (Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu etc).
Whilst busting Canggu is only 3.8kms away, please note due to the limited road infrastructure this can take between 30 - 60 mins to reach in most peak times.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to being located down a small Gang (laneway), it is not advisable to book or drive a car directly to the Villa, as many a car have been stuck.
Motorbike Taxis (Grab, GoJek) or indeed riding your own motorbike and parking directly to the Villa is aOK.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Bali, this charming 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom (3 ensuite - 1 stand alone) villa is a fantastic, quiet retreat for both relaxation and adventure. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spaciously designed living area that blends contemporary style with traditional Balinese touches.

Each bedroom is very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and 3 double beds with comfortable amenities in the other 3 rooms, ensuring privacy and tranquility for every guest. All bedrooms have a pedestal fan as well as AC.

The villa's highlight is the large outdoor area. An inviting L Shaped pool is perfect for leisurely swims or playful splashes, including a unique adjoining toddler pool, guaranteeing safe fun for the little ones.

A small pool fence also restricts access from the living area from the pool for extra piece of mind (although please note there are multiple access points directly outside from the Pool View bedroom as well as the Master, so it is recommended to stay vigilant with the little ones or keep those doors locked during your stay).

For those wishing to maintain or start their Fitness journey, we also provide:

Treadmill (including Auto Incline up to 20%)
2 BowFlex Dumbbells (adjustable up to 24kgs per dumbbell) and weight bench.
Punching Bag

The outdoor area is fringed by a lush tropical garden, creating a serene oasis where you can bask in the Balinese sun or unwind under the shade of palm trees or umbrellas.

The outdoor lounge and dining area are ideal for al fresco meals or evening cocktails, offering a picturesque view of the sunset.

The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen (Gas for the stove can be provided upon request) including a Microwave. Fast high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 200 mbps package) around the villa is also provided via three access points.

The Villa also includes two 60 inch flat screen TV’s, both with Premium Global IP TV Channels as well as Netflix (one TV in the Living Area, one in the Master Bedroom).
