- While this 2-story property offers a small step for entry, and 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, stairs are required to access the main living area and the 2nd-floor bedroom
- This property sleeps 8 guests in 4 beds, with room for 12 total by using the 4 twin rollaway beds
- The bunk bed is suitable for 4 children or 3 adults only (2 adults on bottom and 1 adult on top)
- The pool cleaning crew will access the backyard on Mondays and Fridays to clean and sanitize the pool during the day. Cleaning days may change during the week for any reason
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the right-hand side of the garage door facing the driveway, and 1 camera is on the corner of the patio facing the backyard and pool area. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. These cameras are placed for insurance purposes and are not actively monitored
- The outdoor pool has complimentary heating up to 85 degrees maximum
