This gorgeous oceanfront home boasts endless views in every direction, perfect for your next trip to Saint Augustine/Crescent Beach with friends and family! There's nothing like watching a beautiful sunrise with someone you love right from the back porch overlooking the ocean and the sunset on the front porch overlooking the Mantanzas River. Situated on the serene Crescent Beach, take the stairs and walkway to easily access the crystal waters of the Atlantic.

When you've had your fill of the sand, go for a hike at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park not even 10 miles away. Travel a bit farther together and explore the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Historic St. Augustine, which boasts landmarks like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument where you can embark on a self-guided tour. For something more active, bring your rackets and hit the pickleball courts at Treaty Park and Ron Parker Park.

Pull a cold bottle from the wet bar's wine fridge and share a glass with old friends. You can head out to the covered porch, savor the spectacular views in an Adirondack chair on the deck, or hang out in the family room to watch a good movie or show on the TV.

Remote workers and students will love using the family room table as a workspace to handle those last-minute projects via the free WiFi. You can always pull a book from the private library to enjoy a quiet read on a lazy afternoon.

Head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal. You'll find a walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, a center prep island, a beverage drawer, and quartz countertops. The breakfast bar has four stools, and there is seating for eight at the expandable dining table. You can also enjoy an alfresco meal on the deck furniture.

The lower level features a separate 1,500-square-foot living space with a private workspace, a kitchenette, and an entertainment area boasting a TV, lots of games, and plenty of comfy furniture, a great place for older kids who want a bit of privacy. Use the private gas grill to host those fun summer barbecues, and don't forget to take advantage of the provided beach gear.

When evening falls, you can enjoy a bit of stargazing. The home's washer/dryer will ensure everyone looks their best during your stay, and an elevator for up to three people adds convenience. There are pickleball courts nearby at Treaty Park and Ron Parker Park.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

We charge a pet fee of $100 per reservation for 2 pets maximum..

2 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50

1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100

2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

REFUND DISCLAIMER:
Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripe’s return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through select booking channels. ● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine to cover additional cleaning costs.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
