Guests can park vehicles in the driveway and sidewalk in tandem. Free parking is also easily available on the street. The property is located a few minutes from San Diego bay and most major retailers like Target, Costco and Walmart are less than 3 miles away.
Other things to note
Noise will be limited after 10:00 no matter what day of the week to respect the neighbors, no smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $300)
