The property was clean with amenities such as a hot tub, a pool, and bocce. There were lots of rooms to accommodate our group. Wineries are super-close. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great property for small company retreat. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing backyard for our fireside chats! Communicating with the property manager was easy and we felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group.

While the building is dated, it has been updated to be a very functional, large gathering place for our family of ten adults and 6 children aged 2-7. The location proved to be exceptional: many great hiking trails nearby, a small grocery store and a few good restaurants within walking distance. With small children up early in the morning, we were grateful for the sitting room in the adjoining building for their exuberant play.
We cooked most of our meals and found that the kitchen was well-stocked with pans, etc.
The manager is friendly, helpful and shared fresh eggs with us during our visit.

Lovely family time.
Enough bedrooms for all.
Easy kitchen.
Lovely large dining room table.

Casa Bella was the perfect house for the group of 14 girls to celebrate my bachelorette party. Only about half of us had to share beds. We respected the quiet hours which was easy after winery tours and day drinking. Tyler did great with chef and private driver recommendations and was very responsive. The only down fall I’d say was the bathrooms were too small for our toiletries but we made due! The property was absolutely stunning.

Very nice home for a large group. The noise ordinance is excessively restrictive (nothing after 9pm outside) which is made all the more absurd due to the incessant crowing from the rooster on property (seems like it was all day and night). The group had to purchase ear plugs.

We brought a group of women to Sonoma for a girls weekend of fitness and wine tasting. The house was perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were exactly like pictured and the common areas were really cozy and perfect for lounging around. Lots to do on the property, plenty of space to spread out. Bocce, fire pit and outdoor/porch seating was great for the large group. The house was well stocked with all the essentials for big groups, including cookware glasses silverware and plates. The bathrooms had great toiletries, way more than we expected and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time.
The house is located to a couple of wine tasting rooms that we walked to including VJB and BWise. There is also a market and convenient store walking distance for essentials. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the property.

Great location in Kenwood. The house is clean and well stocked. Beds are all very comfortable. The outdoor space is gorgeous. We had fun playing bocce and sitting by the fire. Great stay and convenient location.
Make sure you use the fans and sound machine provided in each room since the rooster next door is on his own time.

Casa Bella is a lovely, well-equipped property with lots of amenities, and the grounds are beautiful! We had a group of 11 women celebrating a milestone birthday for one of them, and we had a wonderful time. The only real downside was a couple of roosters next door who didn't abide by the Sonoma noise ordinance day or night! The kitchen, dining room, living room and front porch were good gathering places, and we made use of the pool and hot tub as well. Those of us who arrived at night had a bit of trouble finding the house. Look for the Casa Bella sign just past the gas station. We did wine tastings in Napa and Sonoma and there was a fair amount of driving involved, but there are some within a few minutes as well. Between the property and surrounding areas, there is plenty to do! If yo get a chance to go to the Jarvis winery in Napa, it is truly worth a visit for the gorgeous winery itself and the wine. Thanks to Tyler and Laurie, the property manager and on-site contact.

The house was beautiful and large enough for our group. The living room area was perfect for a large group and kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast every morning. The pool area is also amazing. The property manager was available at all times and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a large group, this house is what you’re looking for.

We spent an amazing weekend at Casa Bella. It had everything we needed: beautiful surroundings, spacious house, swimming pool to cool down on a hot afternoon and a lovely porch to relax in the evening. Originally, there were supposed to be 22 of us (max capacity), but at the end only 19 came. While there may be enough sleeping places for 22, the dining room is not large enough for even 19. We still had a wonderful time. We were aware of the noise ordinance and tried our best to be respectful; we had no problems. One other note: there may be a problem with hot water if several people take shower at the same time + running a dishwasher.

My husband and I flew to stay here with 16 friends from all over the country to celebrate his 50th birthday. The house was clean with lots of great outdoor space and a stocked kitchen. Although I know mentioned below, I will say that one of the bedrooms in the suite off the house does not have its own bathroom - you have to go through someone else's bedroom to get to it. That wasn't ideal, but my group made it work and it was worth it! Also, the bathroom for the bedroom in the main house on the first floor does not have a sink in the bathroom itself (it's located outside of the bathroom), but again that was fine. Finally, Sonoma itself does have a lot of restrictions on noise, music, etc., but that all ended up working out fine too. All in all a fabulous trip at a beautiful house!

Lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy a great vacation. Loved the pool especially since we had mostly 90 degree days. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had lots of supplies for family dinners. Loved watching the hummingbirds play and feed on the beautiful flowers. Would return to property- loved it!

We loved the venue for 14 of us women to celebrate milestone birthdays. We did chuckle at it being called a corporate retreat as most of us would not want to be that cozy with many of our coworkers. Excellent outdoor and indoor spaces!

We needed a large and comfortable home for our group of 15 adult siblings and spouses. We are all over 50 years of age and each wanted a comfortable bed, easy access to a bathroom, places where we could all gather together as a group, and comfortable seating around the location. The Casa Bella in Kenwood did not disappoint. The historic home is lovely and the property manager was very responsive and thoughtful. We highly recommend this location.

Stayed here with my family and their families. The property was well sized and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Communication was prompt and easy. I recommend the property.
Bedroom layout in the side suites (on one side) meant you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another, odd but worked out for our group.
Would absolutely book again.

Great spot in Kenwood for our family reunion of 17 people including three kids under 3. Rooms were spacious and comfy, kitchen well stocked for our large family who eat and drink a lot, and the outside was amazing. We loved playing bocci ball, jenga and cornhole. We unfortunately couldn’t make use of the fire pit or pool due to the weather but perhaps next time! Good location too - it’s next to a gas station (which makes it easy to find), good pizza place 2 minutes away, and lots of wineries. A few of us had to work and wifi was pretty good for video conferences. Very responsive host but honestly the house is pretty self-explanatory which I appreciate even more than a responsive host. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a large group. Plenty of sleeping options, tons of kitchen equipment/dishes, and a great, walkable location to restaurants and wineries.

Perfect rental for 11 work colleagues gathering from all over the country to celebrate a retirement. All 11 of us had our own bedroom/bed and ample bathrooms. Beautiful common areas and incredible kitchen. Close to so many Sonoma wineries we made it to 4 in one day. Kitchen and dining room worked well for the private chef prepared dinner. Highly recommend this property and very attentive host.

This was the most perfect place we've stayed at during our annual winter retreat: everyone had a bedroom in this lovely old inn, there were plenty of bathrooms, the common areas were roomy and comfy. The dining room easily held all 13 of us, for both dining and many rounds of board games. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. And to top it off, this is a great location for both nature lovers (think wonderful places to walk or hike nearby) and wine tasters (some of us are both). We got take-out at a great Indian-Nepalese place in Glen Ellen and, for lunch on the first day, the sandwiches at the Glen Ellen Village Market are unsurpassed. Due to the rain we didn't get to take advantage of the bocce court or corn hole, but a few people did take advantage of the hot tub. The only glitch, and this was a very minor inconvenience, was the cleaning hadn't completed by 4pm checkin - it took another 15 minutes. That was fine, really, we took the time to walk the premises. All in all this was a cherished 3 night stay with family and friends in this gorgeous old former inn. We will definitely be back!

We had a family reunion for 18 people from 6 to 60's and it was wonderful for everyone. The bedrooms were all nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals. Management was available and responsive. And it is a great location for exploring Sonoma.

We stayed here with 20 extended family members over thanksgiving. Ages ranged from 5 to 65 years old. Each person had a wonderful time.
It’s close by numerous wineries, markets and restaurants. The owner and onsite manager were incredibly responsive and accommodating.
The house and kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor games and space was a lovely escape.
Thank you for the memorable stay. We cannot wait to visit again.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. Very well appointed for all of our needs! We want to come back so we can take better advantage of the great pool and yard space.

This property is absolutely perfect for a larger party, especially if you are in a group setting with work and you need to have separate bedrooms, but still feel connected. The grounds are awesome, the connection and relationships that you’ve built here are phenomenal.

We had so much space for 10 people in our management team. We each were able to have a private room and some private bathrooms. We had meetings most of the day and it was too noisy outside due to the traffic on Hwy 12. And we were not able to enjoy the beautiful patio past 9:00 p.m .due to county curfews. But it was a beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is amazing, so much space for our large group. We didn’t have any issues with the quiet hours. Would rent this space again in a heartbeat.

We had 8 couples staying here.. some with health issue, so it was nice to be able to use the back two bunk houses so that these guests didn’t have to go up and down the stairs.
This home has everything you will need and then some.. the courtyard was perfect for all of us to hang out at each evening and management was very easy to reach out when we hd any questions.
Would recommend this home for large groups.

Fun for 50th
8 couples stayed here in September for my 50th birthday party. The property was immaculate and we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The new pool was a bonus. 8 couples fit comfortably in the house and there were several spaces for gathering. Our favorite was the front porch. We had a chef come in one night to prepare food that was recommended by the property manager and it was amazing!. The property manager was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. Great location! I would highly recommend.

We rented this property for a family gathering. The facility was perfect. It had sitting places for small groups to gather as well as a beautiful outdoor area with a great fire feature. The location was also ideal as we did various tours to Sonoma vineyards. Would definitely recommend this place!

The House was wonderful and fit our group of 9 very well with bedrooms for all and very comfy beds and pillows. Laurie the Host was extremely helpful with accommodating us and some minor issues. Laurie was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The Pool that was added was beautiful as well as the whole outdoor area. Unfortunately during our stay we had landscapers redoing the entire yard and irrigation. Laurie was very apologetic (as it was suppose to be done the week before) and we did receive a discount for our stay. When the work is done the property will be absolutely gorgeous!! All in All it would definitely be a place we would return to.

Worked well with 3 couples and 4 other people. Plenty of space, had White Apron cook at house one night. Walking distance to bar and grocery store was useful.

Great venue for a wine tasting retreat. well-appointed house and annex, spacious grounds with pool, hot tub (too hot to use in August, 2022), sitting areas, picnic tables, grill setup, bocce court, and baggo (aka cornhole). Although there are indeed 10 beds, only 7 baths makes it tight for 16 (our group). 12-14 people an ideal size in my opinion. Hosts were very responsive.

Property was great overall. Clean, charming and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor space was wonderful. We were made well aware of the noise ordinance in Sonoma County, however it didn’t cause any problems for our group of 15. The pool was great- wish we had more time to enjoy it. While the hot tub was not clean when we tried to use it, the property manager, who was prompt with all responses, had someone out same day to take care of it. One note: the lights outside do turn off a few minutes after 10 pm, so plan accordingly. It is a bit tough to understand the room layouts from the online pictures provided, but I would definitely recommend!

5 families, lots of kids and an amazing house. We were pleasantly surprised by how many rooms there were. Each family had 1-2 rooms, fortunately my husband, who is a light sleeper, and our family stayed in the dolce villa in the back of the house. It was quieter, had a living room (which we used for in home massages 👍🏻). The kids loved the pool, despite it being on the smaller side. The outdoor bbq area was A+++ the best part. Outdoor grill, fireplace, long picnic tables for family meals. While Kenwood is a little sleepy and you have to drive into sonoma for provisions, having a house big enough to accommodate all of us was worth it. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to come back next year!

Stayed for a long weekend with 15 friends and family for a birthday celebration and the location was perfect. The pool, spa and firepit area was great for relaxing. The inside of the house is well maintained and very charming. There are rules about outside noise but knowing those in advance made them easy to follow. Hamilton Family Winery is right next door and the private tasting we had at the house was amazing. The entire group had a great time here.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. It was well equipped in all rooms. We love the Kenwood area and this house was in a perfect location. The outdoor living space was beautiful and we had plenty of space to spread out throughout the house. Loved it!
