Property features both the main inn as well as the carriage house; the main inn has 7-bedroom, great room with fireplace, large kitchen, dining room, and kids TV room. The carriage house has a separate entrance and features 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The property has an outdoor area with patio and firepit. Entertain the whole family or host retreats with friends or colleagues. The property is 10-min to all the food, dining, and shopping at Great Barrington and just 8-min to Catamount.

Accessible with a smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Egremont down the street from Prospect Lake. 3-min to French Park (pickleball and tennis), 8-min to skiing at Catamount, 10-min to Great Barrington.
Getting Around:
Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter. Ride shares may be unreliable.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air Conditioning: There's a total of 13 window units at the Compound. Nine units in the Main House: two window units in the dining-room, one window unit in the living-room, one window unit in Bedroom #1, one window unit in Bedroom #2, one window unit in Bedroom #3, one window unit in Bedroom #4, one window unit in Bedroom #5 and one window unit in Bedroom #6. Four units in the Carriage House: two window units in the living-room, one window unit in Bedroom #8 and one window unit in Bedroom #9. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
