About this apartment rental
Huge two unit space linked by front and back staircases that sleeps 18 on a peaceful tree lined street in West Town next to the East Village and Ukrainian Village. Steps away to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and nightlife. Two parking spaces are provided behind the building with free street parking.
Sprawling West Town contains a busy stretch of West Chicago Avenue, dotted with New American restaurants and cafes. The Wicker Park area is known for cool global dining, live music bars, and boutiques, while in the Ukrainian Village, the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art hosts varied cultural events. Featuring a lagoon with a beach, Humboldt Park is also home to the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture.

Pack n Play: $10.00 (does not include blankets or bedding)
Extra Blankets or Comforters: No charge
Extra Pillows (please keep in mind there are 4 pillows per bed): no charge

Early Check In before 12 PM: $40.00 (subject to availability)
Early Check In before 4 PM: $30.00 (subject to availability)
Late Check Out before 8 PM $40.00 (after 8 PM requires an additional night's stay at market rates)
Late Check Out before 2 PM: $25.00 (subject to availability)
