As you enter this beautifully decorated two-story townhouse you will discover a bright family room that has been designed for kids to enjoy. Curl up on the pull-out sofa and get ready for an entertaining movie or series on the TV. This level also features a bunk bedroom and a full bathroom. Climb up the stairs to reach the main living space with a gorgeous open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and impressive mountain views. The living room offers a great spot to spread out comfortably with your loved ones and relax. The gas fireplace will be a treat for wintertime visitors as well as the private hot tub out on the balcony. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
