Excellent hotel, pool and hot tub amazing! Free breakfast has the most variety and is actually good food. Very nicely kept and clean hotel, beds very comfortable. I only had one problem, the tv didn’t work. Which happens, except when I called front desk, I was told to unplug and plug back in, when that didn’t work I was told that room was having tv problems. I was annoyed that I was put in a room knowing that hotel personnel knew the tv wasn’t working and it was 9:30pm. We had already unpacked and we’re just back from swimming. We had to repack, get new keys and move to a new room on another floor. All my relaxation was gone. Great hotel, just make sure your tv works right away.

Genuinely it was perfect except horrible because we showed up and there was no pack n play despite speaking to someone who said they had them on site- apparently there is one for entire hotel. Also we got put into a dirty room at first. Rest of stay was great after that bad start

The bedside table was dirty. The cleaning staff was impatient. It was an hour before I had to check out and they were knocking on my door. I was not able to answer when they knocked because I was otherwise indisposed. They should know what rooms have been checked out of or not.

Patio was huge, with relaxing furniture, Tables with umbrellas and a large fire pit with many chairs! Absolutely loved the room, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again and again and again!

We were unable to check in due to an issue with their credit card machine. After traveling all day and waiting over two hours, they were unable to provide a solution other than writing down our credit card number on a post-it so they could use it when they resolved the issue. We were uncomfortable with leaving our number for obvious reasons, so we left and drove to the next town with our young kids to another hotel. Now, Holiday Inn is refusing a refund. Absolutely unacceptable to be made to pay when we weren’t able to check in. Do better, Holiday Inn!

Clean Quiet Great facilities for the handicapped person I was traveling with. My only trouble was the handicapped shower. It was designed in such a way that the water ran out of the shower and flooded the bathroom and the hall.

Brand new property. Weird smells in hotel room m /bathroom and ceiling was leaking/dripping water in the hallway. However, I believe these things will be fixed promptly. The breakfast was very nice and the laundry facilities were welcomed! My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a great trip! We will be back!

The person who helped me was very nice but informed me that the hotel had overbooked and that we no longer had the rooms we had reserved. After a few minutes, I was offered a small 1 Queen Bed room without a discounted rate for being downgraded. We have four kids, and we had reserved a 1 King bed suite for my parents. A 2 Queen bed rooms for us. One-bed room wouldn’t work for us. I have an injured arm, so sleeping on the floor isn’t an option. We can’t sleep in the car because we have a two-year-old and a four-year-old who barely made it through the drive here. I think it is a terrible situation to place a family in. The conclusion was that I was given the rooms I reserved, but I was met with terrible news, which scared me because we arrived at the hotel at 10 PM and I wasn’t sure what we would do to find a place to stay.

It's brand new (December). Lots of great amenities, totally worth the (very reasonable) price, and helpful staff. I know the world is going paperless, but at least a 1-page sheet of wifi access, hours and amenities, or a marked section on the greeting screen indicating that info would be helpful to the upper age brackets.
