If you plan on fishing the sound’s flounder-rich waters, there’s a fish-cleaning station with water and lights and a charcoal grill to cook the day’s catch. Enjoy the convenience of one-level living, where three bedrooms share the upper level with the home’s communal living space. There's a master king suite with a private bath. Sharing the full hallway bath are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other features two triple bunk beds. All the bedrooms feature Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining table make feeding the family a breeze while the cozy living room with hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and large flat Smart TV provide for entertaining and tranquil moments. Spend time relaxing in the four-person hot tub on the wide and spacious wrap-around deck featuring seating or climb the stairs to the rooftop sky deck where you can enjoy the island’s cross breezes and starlit skies at night. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
