The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), with en-suite shower room, a double with sofa bed, a double and a bunk, plus a second-floor double, a triple room with extra sofa bed, and a family room with double and a single, along with a bathroom, separate walk-in shower, second-floor cloakroom with separate walk-in shower and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a one-acre rear garden with hot tub and child's play area, along with off-road parking for 10 cars. Shop, 0.4 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Well-behaved pets welcomed. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the fire, bed linen and towels included. Choose The Lodge for an opulent stay in Lincolnshire. Note: Property sleeps 17 plus cot, but additional beds can accommodate four more people. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: There is a pond on driveway in front of property, please take care. Note: The large family room can be converted into a party room for special occasions seating 40 people for a separate fee of £300, local in-house catering can also be arranged, please ensure you provide the necessary information with the date of the event when booking.
