There was a lot of rain and our room flooded. When we told the staff all they said was “yours too”. No offer to mop it up or give us a different room.
Location was good and the room was clean.

Receptionist did the bare minimum and failed to check if someone was doing maintenance, which they were.
I had all my stuff ready to check in and then the room wasn't ready. It was past 6pm.
I re-packed my stuff in my car and went to dinner and they placed me in another room. I called and asked where I should park so I can be close to my room since I had been on a 15 hour drive that day.
The receptionist with color hair said your room will be closest to the reception desk. So I park next to it after dinner. Same thing, I took all my stuff with me since I was ready to go to sleep. He gave me a room at the end on the opposite side of reception desk. The last room. Which pissed me off since I called to avoid this exact scenario.
This place is a Motel not a hotel.

The rooms have been updated and are comfortable, but the housekeeping staff was cleaning rooms after 11 o’clock at night- it was noisy and distracting when we were trying to sleep. They had Netflix 😁

Short on staff which created all sorts of issues.

A little run down on the outside but the room was really nice!

Pendleton has so much more to offer than just the roundup. You’ve gotta check out the underground tour. Oh and you haven’t lived until you check out the chocolate shop on Main Street.

Walked in and was surprised at how posh the room was. Older building in town but very modern upscale room. They are remodeling the hotel, new owners it sounds like. The room was very clean. Deep bathtubs added to the posh feeling. Comfortable beds. A bit firm for me, but my daughter loved them! Would definitely stay again!!

Our last stay was so nice we extended. I believe we end up extending for almost a week. Very new, they’re remodeling, posh rooms in old downtown hotel. Clean, comfortable, right in down town. Love being able to spend the day or evening walking around and enjoying everything Pendleton has to offer. You have to take the underground tour if you come here. Amazing! The property management very helpful and friendly. Even the ones working to remodel the hotel were friendly and nice to chat with. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Pendleton area!

Really liked the location of this hotel. Hotel was clean & staff was friendly. Can tell a lot of effort was put into making the rooms comfortable & relaxing. Only complaint was the bed was extremely soft.

There have been several improvements in the hotel. Staff shortage seems to be an issue.

This is an Older hotel that has been nicely updated located in downtown Pendleton. It is a pet friendly hotel with a $20 pet fee but it is surrounded by concrete, no grass or dirt. Had to take my dog a block away to find grass or dirt. The breakfast was very nice, with bacon, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, and a variety of breads. The ambiance of the place could be improved with a few plants inside the lobby, dining area, and around the outside of the building.

We were traveling with a friend and booked 2 rooms in each of our names before we arrived. When checking in we were asked for our credit cards for incidentals. Upon returning home my friend realized she was also charged for a room. I contacted the hotel and was told they weren’t able to see that in their records. I would need to provide receipt of payment. I provided a receipt of her payment to show we were charged for 3 rooms instead of two. To date, I have not heard back from the hotel. Very disappointed with lack of communication and not receiving refund.

Nice property, the room was remodeled. Breakfast was great, not a huge selection but the bacon, eggs and breads were good quality. They also offered coffee, orange juice, apple juice, bottled water and filter water options.
One suggestion is thar it would be nice to have a hair dryer in the room. I believe that you can ask for one at check in... but I didnt.

This is a hotel that is clearly updating the place, from the rooms to the outside, it’s a very cowboy/modern feel, nice storage. Bed was super comfortable.

We chose a deluxe king room for an anniversary night away, but I don't know what was deluxe about it. We got there and there was no decor on the walls like the picture showed. The room was also missing curtains. Luckily, the front desk was able to get curtains installed pretty quickly. We were also in a room next to dogs that barked constantly. The front desk told us they would take care of it. And the barking did stop overnight, but started again in the morning.
It was a very clean room and comfy bed, which was what we wanted. Also, the location was great for walking around Pendleton.

This was a very nice property overall. Loved that breakfast was included.
Complaints: Tub faucet would spew out brown. No hot water for the shower. Dirty, dirty floor that would turn your feet and shoes black.

The hotel is great. But Rebecca and Angel made it special. I came back to this hotel because of them.

Good nights sleep. TV was more of a pain to use than necessary but otherwise great.

We stayed a night on our roadtrip and the remodeled rooms were pretty nice. It was clean and the staff were nice. There are some homeless people that hang out right around the hotel that don’t make you feel real great but once you are in the hotel it feels safe. I think for the cost it was a nice hotel. The TV didn’t work and you could see through the door frame and the door. I think this hotel is about a 7 out of 10 and we would stay there again if passing through.

Understaffed, so rooms weren't available until some time after check-in time. Breakfast on second day wasn't available because of difficulties with cooking equipment. Rooms were quite nice, property has been remodeled after purchase of a hotel that was in place for many years. Bar and hotel computer systems weren't compatible, so charges couldn't be posted to room account. Assume that these conditions will be worked out over time, and recommendation would be quite a bit higher.

Overall it was great! Modern and clean design, nicely remodeled rooms, friendly helpful , hardworking staff, great location. My only complaint were the towels, some were dingy and one looked like it had paint stains. Staff were having trouble keeping up with enough towels. It was an exceptionally busy weekend. I definitely would recommend this hotel!

Short walk to the music fest, great updates. Not quit finished but great stay.

My mother was locked out of her room around 5:30 AM, and no one answered the after hours phone even with repeated attempts. And the desk didn't open as posted as the worker was late. All in all a poorly run hotel. In addition the room doors didn't have seal, so light came through the gaps, and you had to push to close the door. Wouldn't recommend at all. I was forced to contact Expedia to cancel the stay on my return through Pendleton.

There was no hot water in the entire hotel in the morning! The front desk receptionist was not very helpful and 2 maintenance workers simply said that 'someone' switched off the boiler the night before. They said it had happened before, and when I asked why, they said someone just likes to 'mess with things'. They told me I could wait an hour or more for the water to get hot--that was the response! Very minimal apology or concern for guest comfort. In addition, the white bedspread had a stain on it.

Remodeled traditional motel still needs substantial additional work. Good bed, clean room. Parking lot is crumbling.

The room was newly renovated but the overall property needs a lot of work! Its was in very disrepair. The area in general is right diwntown and there are a lot of homeless and transients around at all hours.
The room appeared decent. New contemporary renovation. Very litte thought into the amenities. The microwave and fridge were stacked next to the sink. The phone is a corded phone mounted on the wall opposite of the bed and too far from the desk. There is no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer, and no coffee maker. No cable tv. It was internet tv provided and im not a you tube person. Lastly, the floor was sticky and when i wiped it with a towel the towel was black! The floors apparently need a very good mopping!
