Welcome to 'The Praline'! It's time for an elevated experience in The Big Easy. Each of Little Lagniappes suites were designed with YOU and your KREWE in mind! Our high-end furnishings, exquisite decor and essential amenities are sure to put you in instant vacation mode. We provide complimentary snacks and beverages as a little lagniappe to make you feel more at home while you get settled in.

'The Praline' was designed for group travel and we tried to think of everything needed to enjoy your stay in New Orleans. The suite sleeps 10 and features four bedrooms each equipped with a king sized bed, a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a pack-n-play. All bedrooms and the living room have a Samsung Smart TV with DirectTV and many other streaming options.

The suite has three full bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and the third bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo. Each bathroom comes stocked with a hairdryer, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, make-up remover wipes, cotton buds, and four rolls of toilet paper.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig K-duo single-serve & carafe coffee maker, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, a dual air fryer, a crockpot, basic cookware and bakeware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in. We provide salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, creamer, sweetener, three rolls of paper towels, one dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, and dishwashing liquid.

The suite also comes equipped with a GE washer/dryer combo, an ironing board, an iron, and we provide a laundry detergent packet and a dryer sheet packet for your convenience.

'The Praline' has a location that can not be beat! Nothing is too far from this spot in the highly desirable Warehouse District. Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that New Orleans has to offer; all within a casual stroll of this home. If you want even more excitement, walk right outside and hop on the streetcar or grab an Uber/Lyft to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater. There are countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two-block radius of this home. Rouses Market is located 0.6 miles away.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but are not specific to this particular suite and apply to all reservations made at Little Lagniappe.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a natural disaster or family emergency can add a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We are here to help if you have any questions at all!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved number of occupants
- No rearranging of furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Please contact us for additional details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property and in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, there are no cameras inside any of the suites. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and sound decibel levels. These sensors do not have recording capabilities.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (ID needed for all reservations excluding Airbnb bookings). Once completed, your check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 30 days before your arrival date. If your reservation is booked within 30 days of your arrival date, your check-in instructions will be emailed once these items are received.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within 3 days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within 3 days of departure)
PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking, hopping on the streetcar or a short Uber/Lyft ride to many experiences for guests of all ages.

The apartment was perfect!! It was very cleaned, the kitchen was complete with all the machines we needed like Airfryer, boiling water for tea, coffee machine etc and all the appliances were very cleaned. The location was perfect because it was 15 min walking to bourbon street and lots of restaurants. And it was in a quiet area. The pool was heated and we stayed at 18:00 till 19:00. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, toothbrush, makeup remover, conditioner, shampoo and conditioner even a black towel to use with makeup. Every doubt we had Erika helped us. They even helped us with a storage for our bags since we couldn’t have an early check in. I recommend the apartment for sure.

There were seven of us in this BEAUTIFUL property which was clean, spacious and great fun! The pool area is wonderful and they keep the pool at a perfect temperature! The location is so close to everything - restaurants, a grocery store, WWII museum, trolley and French Quarter (about .6 miles). Everything was WONDERFUL! LOVED the stay!

This was truly one of the absolute best rental stays we have ever done with VRBO or anyone else. The apartment is huge, light filled and amazingly decorated. The hosts have thought of every tiny detail to make your stay easy and it was so easy to communicate with them all weekend. Great for 4 couples for Jazz Fest!!

Came to NOLA for a 40th birthday mom weekend and literally everyone was wowed by this property. It's a multi unit building, and even the lobby was so cute. Luggage carts were a nice add and the door codes were simple to use. They also have locked luggage lockers which we used the last day. Furnishings felt high end and it was immaculately clean. The Avenue unit was on the main floor and went directly out to the pool and patio, which was awesome. Perfectly heated pool and a cute outdoor setup with cozy loungers and sofas. Met some other people staying and it was large enough to share the space easily. The door has a pool alarm, which took a minute to get used to (accidentally kept setting it off) but our host helped us figure it out and even offered to drive there to help us. This would give me such peace of mind if I was traveling with kids. Kitchen had everything we needed as far as glassware/pots/baking sheets. No cooking oil- so if you plan to cook a lot, you will need to grab oil and spices. They had water, some soda and coffee in the unit which was nice. Rouses Market is 3 blocks away so super easy. The unit is in such a cute little area, great food all around, easy to walk to basically anything in the tourist corridor. Everything was wonderful! I would absolutely come back here.

The Praline is a beautiful 4 bedroom property in NOLA. We liked being able to walk to the French quarter during the day and the children loved the heated pool when we returned from long days of site seeing. Everything was clean, new and lovely, although we did move some of the breakable decorations to higher ground, just to be safe. Erika and Cami checked in with me to make sure everything was to our liking. I look forward to staying here again on another trip to NewOrleans
