The estate is a family's dream, with a big-hearted one level home, an expansive lanai
for that morning cup of Kona coffee or evening dinner and toast to the days adventures.
Sitting 1200 feet directly above Kailua Bay Village, this estate enjoys cooling breezes 5
to 10 degrees cooler than sea level. The Master Bedroom? It's a retreat within a retreat,
ocean views, fabulous renovated master bath and exquisite lava rock outdoor shower
laden with orchids. All of this will make you want to stay forever.
Our kitchen is a luau-ready with top-notch appliances and granite counters—it's open,
inviting, and waiting for the laughter of shared meals. And if you’re in the mood for a
tropical drink, the Mai Tai bar is just the place to mix up some magic.
You will find plush beds in rooms that have views you’ll want to write home about,
including two with kings that gaze out over the ocean. All three bedrooms have their
own private lanai and a lava rock outdoor shower. Plus, a large screen media room
means movie nights with ohana-style seating. This room could accommodate overflow
guests or kids.
Even though you will feel worlds away, you are only a coconuts throw from all the
conveniences, like Costco (because we all love a good bulk buy, even in paradise). The
charming Sea Village and most amenities are only 10 minutes away.
As the sun dips below the horizon, grab that Mai Tai and settle in. This is where the
magic happens—nights filled with laughter, days filled with beauty, and memories as
golden as the Hawaiian sun.
