Welcome to our original 1920s Spanish home, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Nestled beneath an open hillside boasting scenic mountains and ocean views, our house offers the serene sounds of distant ocean waves and evening crickets. Experience Ventura's sunshine and ocean breeze during the day and serene nights.
Our home provides a clean, classic space to relax and savor Ventura's finest weather. The spacious, cozy living room is perfect for your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventures. Sleep in comfort in our cozy beds and relish the beautiful weather this region has to offer.
Step into the expansive backyard, beautifully landscaped with flowers, fruit trees, and ample space to unwind. Enjoy the hillside views, dine al fresco on the large patio, or engage in family games. Pets are welcome to frolic in this spacious indoor/ outdoor haven.
Guest Access: Explore the neighborhood's flat trail to the park or bike to the beach. Convenient freeway access allows easy exploration of the beaches and mountains. You'll find ample free parking and short travel distances from our home.
Please note, that our historic home retains its original features including wood single-pane windows that may be weather-sensitive, and original wood floors that bear the marks of nearly a century of use.

- Back Unit: A separate unit at the back of the driveway is also listed online, ensuring complete privacy with no shared spaces.
- One bedroom requires passage through another bedroom.
- The fireplace is non-functional; no fires are allowed.

Greta stay! Did not realize two of the bedrooms were connected. The backyard was amazing for relaxing. Great location for people looking to bike and run as the bike path is super close by.

Cute little no frills home. It was close to where we needed to be and convenient for food places, stores etc. Far enough out that it wasn’t a party area but close enough to everything that we could be there in 5-10 min. The listing advertised a/c but when I got the email for check in it listed that there wasn’t any. They were able to get some mini splits and fans in there so it wasn’t so hot and they changed the listing after that. They backyard space was awesome. This isn’t a new nice home but was cozy and comfortable for what we wanted. Great communication and the house was clean and well stocked with linens and such. Overall a great place at a good price. Not a luxury experience but was still good.

We came to the area for a wedding and stayed here for several days. Property was nice and everyone enjoyed themselves. The back patio area was very pretty and a great place to relax.

The property was lovely and the house had such charm. It is older, so you'll have the creaks, etc., that come with an older home but that added to the charm for us. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and I adored the smell of jasmine and lavender.
The only off-putting thing was that they charge to rent a pack-n-play and/or high chair. We've stayed in many rental homes and have never been asked to pay for that, so it was surprising. But the house itself is absolutely lovely.

The home is a lovely, clean, and cozy place. It is very quiet and beautifully landscaped. We definitely would stay again. The only glitch was the parking was a little tricky. Sharing the driveway with the back bungalow guest and street parking. It worked out, but we made sure we weren't parking the other guest in.
