Chefs will adore the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. There is barstool seating at the granite island as well as space for 14 at the nearby wooden dining table.

In the living room, discover a sofa, loveseat, and two accent chairs, the perfect place for a movie night as you gather around the fireplace and a 74" mounted TV. You'll also find a small cafe-style table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

An office behind the living room is perfect for students or remote workers and offers a desk and bookshelves. On this level, you'll also find a powder room and the first bedroom with a king bed, 42" television, and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Four more bedrooms are available on the second floor. The first king bedroom on this level offers an accent chair and television along with a beautiful ensuite boasting two separate vanities, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The second king room also features a television and ensuite with a walk-in shower, while two more bedrooms at the front of the home boast incredible ocean views and share access to a covered balcony that overlooks the pool. You'll also find the first of two laundry rooms on this floor, with a sink, a full-size Kenmore front-loading washer, and a dryer.

To the left of the stairs are the other two bedrooms. The first one has a king bed, bench seat, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The other room has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, a bench seat, and a TV. The ensuite has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Additionally, the third floor has four more bedrooms. Three of the third-floor bedrooms have private covered balcony access with ocean views. There is another laundry room with a sink and front-loading washer and dryer on this level as well. The bedroom layout is identical to the second floor; three rooms have king-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each room has its own private bath.

Finally, you'll find the tenth bedroom on the fourth floor. This is another king bed with an ensuite bath, a single vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The fourth floor also provides a large entertainment space for guests, including a second living area with a sofa and 4 chairs, a 74" HD-TV mounted above the fireplace, and a huge in-home bar to include a 36" refrigerator/freezer combo and beverage center. The granite top island seats 7 and has a sink, dishwasher, and wine fridge. A high-top wooden table seats 8; you can access another covered balcony with 3 wicker swivel chairs and a small table. This space offers beautiful ocean views.

- Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. Please try your best to schedule these services in advance if they are needed.
- Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- The elevator is not available for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
