Lyme Bay View consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, Smart TV, sitting room with Smart TV, snug with Smart TV, study, cloakroom, and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, king-size with en-suite shower room, king-size, and twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front and rear terrace with patio and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Within 0.8 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Enjoy an adventure to the Jurassic coast with a stay at Lyme Bay View.

This property has feather bedding, please bear in mind if you have allergies, as we cannot provide alternative. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.8 miles. Please note: The house is accessed by a set of steps, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please note: Although the owner is happy to accept pets at the property, they are not allowed upstairs.
