Downtown Phoenix is 33 miles away if you feel like planning a day trip to town. In addition to a wonderful and convenient location, you are also granted access to the community amenities, including an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area with gas grills, and a putting green.
As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a beautifully decorated open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room is all about relaxation and entertainment with inviting furniture and a smart TV with streaming services so you don't have to miss out on your favorite series while on vacation. It also features an electric fireplace for colder days. The kitchen has been appointed with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher for easy and quick post-meal cleanups. The condo provides you with a front patio with seating and a washer/dryer on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
