Grocery stores are close (Safeway and King Soopers are both less than a 5 minutes drive). You’ll find many local and chain restaurants including What-a-Burger, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Raising Cane's, Arby's, Wendy's and more! We love to give recommendations for tasty meals! Our house is across from an open area with views of Pikes Peak! As a result, there is a lot of space to park across the street or in front of the house. You may park in the driveway as well, but the garage is not open to guests as it is used for storage. Thank you for understanding! Other things to note ✶ Smoking, Pets, Parties: No pets, no parties, absolutely no smoking in or outside the house. A $500 fee will be apply to a smoking violation. ✶Access: The garage, pantry door, master bedroom closet, and downstairs storage room are all locked for storage. We appreciate your understanding! ✶Sleeping Arrangements: Please take note that the living room sleeping areas are listed as a sofa bed, air mattress, or couches. All the bedrooms have mattresses. We have one travel crib that can be set up for guests. ✶ Outdoor Quiet Hours: Please keep noise down outside the house from 10pm - 7am.
