There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.
Other Things to Note:
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.
Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

The unit was upgraded, modern, and very classy. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortable and awkward. There is no comfortable place to sit. The living room furniture is pretty, but not comfortable at all. After a long day of walking around DC, I needed to kick back and put my feet up. No recliners. Feet on the coffee table, sure, but not very comfortable. Dining room chairs felt like they were ready to collapse. Most interior doors wouldn't close without some convincing, they would bind with the door frame. Having just the one TV in the living room make it difficult for adults to enjoy games and conversation at the dining room table while the kids watched TV. TVs in bedrooms is an expected norm. I have 2 TVs in my 1 bedroom 320 square foot RV. The dumpsters and apparently furniture delivery area were right below the bedrooms. Garbage trucks banging the dumpsters and delivery trucks back-up beepers woke us up at 7 AM on several days.

This apartment is located close to the Crystal City metro stop and Whole Foods is just down the street, very convenient. Parking is available for additional cost. Apartment is spacious - two bedrooms with king beds, living room, 2 baths, and kitchen. I recommend this apartment and location!

The property was just as it was advertised, modern, very nice, and immaculate. It is two short blocks from the Metro Rail and it is quick and easy to get into Washington DC. The communications and instructions were perfect.

Overall the property was fine but I did not like the fact that they said it had AC in this unit, although it does have AC, this is an older building and the HVAC system for the entire complex was set to heat, you cannot adjust this in the unit until the complex decides to turn the AC sometime in May. This was not mentioned and it was very hot in the unit. They told me I could get a fan from someone else that was also in another unit. This needs to be disclosed when renting out the unit.

We had a great stay here - the apartment is spacious, well stocked, and everything was recently updated and spotless. The location was great - close to a Metro station and easy to get to the DC mall for sightseeing. The neighborhood felt very safe and there were plenty of nearby amenities. The apartment has a store in the basement which was better stocked than most.
Things to note that are NOT the property management's fault - the concierge lady was a bit curt and told my husband we had to sit down and wait, and then proceeded to help others that came behind us. I laid on the syrup and was able to get checked in right after my husband was told she couldn't. Also, for those that are fragrance sensitive, the lobby REEKS of perfume. We thought initially it was another guest, but it remained for several days so I believe the apartment building uses it in their cleaning products? I am only mildly sensitive, but I know others that would not be able to tolerate it.
Those two things aside, the stay was amazing, the apartment was just what we needed and then some! The kitchen was fully stocked - more than what we usually find in VRBOs! New laundry machines were appreciated, TVs worked great - the only thing that took a little getting used to were the thermostats...it's an old building so all units are either on "heat" or "cold" air. The manager was EXTREMELY prompt in responding to our questions about that and we were able to do just fine! We really enjoyed our stay!!

We loved it here. Very convenient for our stay to visit colleges and all the sights of DC.
The front desk concierge Rebecca was fabulous and ENVITAE was very welcoming and great with communication.
Extremely spacious for our family of 4. Looks brand new with the entire condo complete with beautiful finishes.
Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more sights.
Would most def book again.
Who ever books this next will not be disappointed.
