2 bedroom come with a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two twin beds.
Both bathrooms come with a tub/ shower combination sink and toilet.
Shared washer/ dryer and outdoor shower on bottom floor of the building.
A very short 2 minute stroll on a private lane takes you to the world-renowned five-mile stretch of Kailua's white sand beach. Voted by Conde Nast publications as one of the most beautiful beaches in America.
Kailua beach offers soft sand and crystal clear waters, making it a perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, and an array of adventures like kayaking, boogie boarding, wing boarding or kite-surfing.
Walk to the beach, go for a morning stroll and watch the sunrise or an evening walk and see the glowing clouds.

The house is down a private beach lane. We ask that all parties end at 9 pm in respect to our neighbors and other guests.
This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time regardless of actual occupancy.
