Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The property is approximately 11.7 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
