The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Local residents of Broward or Miami-Dade County: Please contact us before booking to discuss specific requirements.

✔️ Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals (No Deposit Required):
We use a secure credit card authorization process instead of a traditional deposit. This pre-authorization covers potential incidental charges or damages—just like a hotel. No upfront charge is made, and there’s no need to wait for a refund post-stay.
