The place is spacious, clean, organized, and has all the essentials. You have your own private front yard. Renting the first-floor unit of a two-story house. There's parking for multiple vehicles. It's located near popular tourist destinations and have quick access to the 210, 134, 110 and 118 freeway. Furniture is very comfortable and enjoy watching TV/Netflix on a big screen.

** This is a 2 Unit home; the unit upstairs is completely separated it has its own entrance which is opposite to your rental entrance. The First floor will have 2 Rooms locked one of them is a storage the other is a room.

It’s an Infrared Heater on the Wood Cabinet as shown on picture and will have its own portable AC plus the room has a ceiling fan.
Please do not disturb my Neighbors be mindful.
Please be respectful and clean. No smoking inside the house, smoking outside is okay. No Parties or loud music after 11 PM.
