Ci siamo sentite a casa, parte della loro famiglia :)

La struttura fa parte di uno dei bar/locali più famoso e bello di Ipsos, i drink e le loro serate sono fantastiche. Nonostante la musica, la nostra stanza che si trovava comunque al primo piano e sopra il locale era silenziosa, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Vorrei complimentarmi con Alexandros, sua moglie e tutto il suo staff, super simpatici, educati, divertenti, ci hanno fatto sentire parte della famiglia. La stanza meravigliosa, balcone vista mare e vista paradiso! Volevo ringraziare Greg il cameriere che si occupa del bar, un ragazzo super educato e gentile, ci ha trattate benissimo! Ci siamo subito affezionate a tutto lo staff Onar e sicuramente ritorneremo in futuro sempre e solo da loro! Grazie di cuore perché siete stati parte fondamentale di questa bellissima vacanza! SUPER CONSIGLIATO. P.S. provate le loro patatine fritte, sono BUONISSIME

No water. If you don’t need toilet and shower and sink it’s perfect!

No water 1St day of stay. 2nd day very little pressure. Can’t shower or shave. Hard to use toilet. Had to use toilet in the bar restaurant. No coffee. Asking for refund because it was unliveable for 3 days with 2 kids and 2 adults!

The property is in an amazing location- a stone throw away from the beach and a 5 minute walk to yummy restaurants and bars. Our twin room was a decent size with a good sized balcony (the views were unreal). It was also super clean and the staff changed our towels on a regular basis. The beds were super comfy but it was a shame you couldn’t pick a double bed instead of twin beds. The staff were extremely accommodating and we are very thankful for them being so considerate- they offered to move us to a different room due to technical issues with the TV and due to the noise.

The only problem with the property is that it is situated above a lively bar. In the weekdays it was fine but at the weekend it was extremely loud and music would play till 3am. If you stay at this property just be aware of this.

studio perfect

Everything was wonderful! A superb studio located at the entrance to Ipsos resort very close (right across the road) to a bus stop connecting to Corfu Town. On the ground floor there was an excellent bar where the guys were making the best cocktails accompanied by music and vibe to match. The room looks exactly as in the pictures, the balcony offers a superb view to the sea. The room was always cleaned when we left (sometimes even at 2-3pm). We will definitely come back soon!

Pleasant

Its just a stone throw from the beach and they offer free sun bed. The bus stops named Ipsos (direction to town 783) are very close just in front or next by so very easy to get here by bus or go anywhere like the Corfu old town or Kassiopi. The room is fine. They offer us if we would like to checkout late at 12 instead of 11. Our room was a bit further from the bar so when we closed all the door the music from the bar didnt bother us so much.

However its located on a crowded road and above a bar which opens until 2-3am. To go to your room you have to pass through the bar. And from your room you can hear everything from the hall so when people knocked or called at each other door in the night we could hear it clearly.

Everything was perfect. starting with the staff really friendly and helpful good position, with a bus stop just outside the little beach in front relaxing and quiet with parasols and sun loungers included the room clean and equipped with everything

if you’re looking for parties is perfect because the place is on a cocktail bar and there is party all night long , of course with music heard in the room (at least during weekends, no idea during the week) if you are not just be aware about it

it was nice but do not bring young children! it’s very loud

it was very close to the ocean! I was at this property for 4 nights. very close to stores and attractions! and cabanas were very nice aswell!

it was very loud at night I would actually say for the property to buy white noise machines. the music can be very loud at night! the bedding was never changed during my stay. and towels were not washed.

good for youngsters

Really liked the location - lot of bars, shops, clubs in the area, you can have free sunbeds in front of the aparts.

because it is on the main street of Ipsos the music and traffic was so loud there up till the early morning. If you close the doors properly it is not as loud. Secondly, the isolation from the coridor is really bad. You can hear any words of the guests passing by. Also the bed was not comfortable, there was a lot of old furniture. There was no kettle to make some coffee, the leg of the fridge was broken. Also in the fridge there was water bottle that was already used by someone.

Nice sea view and free sunbeds in a designated area for the guests.

There was a lot of noise - both from the bar downstairs but also in the hall and between the rooms. The reception was largely unattended.

Just ok. Nothing special. Sea view ok

Well, in the photos it looked so much different. The sea view ok,but the furniture in the balcony not nice and clean to sit there. I think the room was not properly cleaned after the previous quest, I felt disgusted the first night. Sweeping the floor and making the beds cant be called cleaning🤔 sand ,dust in the bathroom on the arrival day. I really expected something different from the photos. In the hotel no rules for the guests! The young Italians so noisy in the corridors all night long and nobody said anything! The pub downstairs ok,but too noisy for the hotel guest. We didn't like the idea that you need to go through the party and a gloomy hall to enter the room.

The location is great, very close the bus station. Beach is just in front of the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean.

The location and the sea view

Really loud bar in the building, with music continues until 03:30-04:00 in the morning and the loud music starts at 00:00. The whole floor was shaking because of the bass and after we finally fall asleep at 04:00-04:30 we wake up with a headache every motning and was not even high seasson, therefore the sea view is nothing to be enjoyed at. Really bad isolation of the rooms as well and getting to the room is not pleasent as you need to cross the bar or get through one stairs witch look like constuction zone Other thing is the rooms dont look a lot like the pictures, for sure some editing is done and the bathroom and sleeping room are much different than the pictures. We saw before we booked that there is a bar down and expected to be somewhat loud, but having the party in our room is not what I would like, basicly you feel like you are at the toilet in a nightclub. If was somewhat mentioned in the description, I would avoid unfortunatly there is nowhere said, as well as the old comments are from 2020 and 2021 when we had corona regulations and probably the bar worked until 01:00-01:30 only as on the other island we visited.

The location is great! With the bus stop a few steps ahead, good food along the street and the close proximity for boat tours. There are sun beds literally across the property where you can simply jump into the clearest water! The host is very knowledgeable of the area and very very helpful.

Very basic but clean room with nice sized balcony over looking the sea. Serviced every day which given the price was a pleasant surprise. Would have been nice to have a kettle but restraunts for breakfast are minutes away.

Great location for a loud holiday

Great positioning, THE VIEW IS SURREAL, just at the start of the city. Everything is near. ATM and bus stop to central city? 5 meters away from the hotel. The sea and the beach? You can throw a rock from a balcony and hit water. Good wi-fi, netflix installed in your room TV. Buggy/bike rental? 10 meters away. Shops? 150-200 meters down the street. The bar/disco is at the first floor. You can easily get out of your room in flip-flops, cross the street and rest your behind on the beach. The beach is also private and was empty when I visited it in October. Still, it's private. The club on the first floor has some nice music and drinks. The staff is really friendly, and helped me out in a non-standard situation. 30-40 min bus travel (costs ~2 Eur) to the main Corfu city.

Be sure to check if you're picking 2 or 3 floor (storey). The 3rd is a lot better than the 2 and a lot quiter. It's not a bad thing, but music on the first floor is heard loudly on the second, so it's not a pick for family rest (or at least pick the 3rd floor its a lot quiter there). The cars and especially bikes make loud noise.

Amazing!

Apartment was very clean, it has a great location, and the staff is extremely nice and pleasant. Suggesting you pick the sea view because it really gives a special charm to everything!

For someone who goes to bed early, the music from the bar downstairs could be a problem, but the isolation of the room is really good.

Disappointing

The location Is just amazing near beach just road crossing, supermarket restaurant street full of life. Morning sunrise view is amazing from the room.

- poor Drainage in the Wc once u take a shower all the water reach the bedroom. -very poor housekeeping. -for 4 nights stay we had to ask them to change our towels and they lh changed it 1 time :((. -just below the room at night the place turns into a night club with loud music till 3am so it's not good for families with kids for us as young couple was OK. -No Covid 19 measures in place, staff no masks nothing.
