About this house rental

Welcome to Birmingham Guesthouse. This house was our beloved home for nearly 10 years. It was brand new when we moved in in 2013 and was loved ever since. When we moved, we wanted it to be a place of joy. It is ideal for a group of family members, friends, or work colleagues to stay when they're in the city. It is closely linked to Birmingham city centre and the M6 motorway connected to the rest of the country. All the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattress, smart TV and dimmable lights. In addition, there is a home steamer/sauna in bedroom to unwind after a workday or simply to sit down and ponder on the beauty of life. The living room is spacious and modernly decorated with a streaming TV. Kitchen is fully functional with cooking tools, utensils, kettles and a washing machine. As we were homely people, we made a home gym so we could keep fit after work or on our days off. This room was also the place where we bonded and had lots of good family time. We hope that you'll enjoy the place as we used to.

We booked for ten guests, one bed was a hide a bed with the thinnest mattress ever seen, only four chairs in Kitchen for our party of 10, stove so old you cannot read dials, clothes dryer leaks, there is a patch in the ceiling in kitchen to cover an active leak, back yard garden has not been tended and is overgrown. Windows and doors are difficult to open and lock, cutlery , pots and china are a hodgepodge, there is no drip coffee machine. Master bedroom is a tripping hazard with two separate floor level changes. Overall the place is substantially less desirable than it appears in photos

Overall this property was everything we were looking for, enough space, there were TV's in all the beds upstairs which the children loved. The kitchen had everything we needed for us to cook our own dinners. Check in and Check out procedures were very easy and had no problems at all.
