Easy access to the boardwalk delivers beachgoers to their destination in a matter of minutes. Even closer is the private pool, surrounded by plenty of chairs for a sun-soaked nap and a six-person hot tub for a relaxing aquatic massage. Spend the day between the beach and pool, making time to fire up the gas grill for lunch that can be savored down at the screened-in picnic table. An outdoor bathroom/shower adds another level of convenience. When you want a break from the sun, step into the ground-level game room where you’ll find a pool table, Smart TV and a huge collection of books and CDs/DVDs.
Four of the home’s ensuite bedrooms — all with private baths and Smart TVs — are located on the first level and include two kings, a room featuring both a a double-over-double and a single bunk bed, and another room with a double-over-double bunk and a single bed. The final bedroom, an ensuite king master is located on the second level. Here, too, is a cathedral-ceilinged great room encompassing a workstation, living space with comfy sofas and a 72-inch Smart TV, a 12-seat dining table, and a brand-new kitchen to make meal planning and prep a delight. Brew yourself some coffee and take that first sip as you watch the sunrise — and your spirits along with it —from the ocean-facing sundeck. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
