Uniquely positioned with private beach access, Banksia House offers a rare and exclusive connection to the pristine white sands of Agnes Water's main patrolled surf beach. Nestled amidst the tranquillity of rainforest, native flora, and fauna, Banksia House provides an exceptional beachfront experience that's second to none. The home is perfect for a large family, with a huge yard, a wrap-around covered entertainer's deck, and two distinct living areas/ TV lounge rooms. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, ample vehicle and boat parking on the picturesque acreage block. Located a short walk into the town to Endeavour Plaza where you'll find restaurants, cafes and great shops!

The closest grocery shops are about 5 minutes away by car from the main centre of Agnes Water. There is a huge IGA complex, Foodworks, a convenience store, a Friendly Grocer, and multiple cafes and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
- there is no dishwasher, sorry
- commonsense rules for pets apply - not on furniture, beds, etc, please. Bring chew toys to a dog bed and ensure fur babies have sand/ dirt rinsed off before coming onto the deck. Puppy pads are a great idea too, just in case.
