As you enter this charming home, you will discover a beautifully decorated open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in front of the gas fireplace in the living room - it's the perfect spot to gather with your family and friends to stream fun movies and shows on the smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is a screened sunroom with lovely views overlooking the park. Keep an eye out for wildlife and birds that abound in the area. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The main level also boasts a laundry room with a washer/dryer and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite with a smart TV and an en suite bath. The upper level houses two additional bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
