Room was not the same as shown in the photo. I did not stay in the room for few mins

It was average, nothing special at all and in the middle of no where.

It was a small cozy place, could hear the one above me walking around though. The receptionist was whispering, so I really didn’t understand anything. The room smelled weird. Very nice rural area located 3km/40min walking from the airport. I didn’t catch the breakfast that wasn’t until 7.30.

The TV in the room never worked.

Stayed here for one night stayed in room 6 lovely room very clean just found the bed the pillows very hard and the bed very very small… like to watch to in bed with a brew before sleep but couldn’t to very very small and very poorly situated on the wall I would definitely stop here again but I would bring my own pillows… didn’t have the breakfast but there looked a lot off selection from cereals and pastries perfect for 1 night stay loads off areas to walk

Very nice and cosy area and room. Bed was lovely to sleep in. Man at desk was nice and helpful. Would definitely book again!

You get what you pay for, not bad for the price. A few quirks such as the ground floor curtains not closing fully with work being done in the garden. A clothes hook installed upside down. Doesn't look like enough parking if it's full. That being said, staff were polite and the bed was comfy, and it was close to the resorts world arena which was ideal - decent price

The room smelt fresh and was clean. It was comfortable and had a decent en-suite. The hotel manager was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was healthy and sufficient. It was a small hotel but that didn’t matter.

Due to religious reasons, they don’t serve bacon or pork. Just so you are aware.
Outside is overgrown with weeds and long grass.
It’s just a badly modified house in a housing estate!!
Shower don’t work in the morning so had to borrow the shower from another resident there.
Toilet never flushed in room 5.
Never made up the rooms after our first night.
Overall pathetically run guest house that give themselves 5 stars but it’s a 3 star at best and GROSSLY overpriced.
Location ain’t convenient with nearest eating place 20 minutes walk away.
I wouldn’t stay here again if it was for free.

Reception’s customer service was awful, he tried to hold a grudge about us changing the dates due to an emergency shift at work (NHS) also you have to pay additional money if you get there after 10pm. So ended up booking elsewhere and loosing out on 2 nights fully booked as the customer service (via phone call ) made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

This is a converted house in a built up residential street. Yes, i should have done my homework, but it is what it is.
Nothing wrong at all really just not what i am used to.
Tape holding the carpet going into toilet was a bit weird.
Heater on wall not working, a plug in heater provided.
The bathroom was very nice, did not match the tired decor in bedroom.
Eating area in the reception room.
If you remove the hotel part of the establishment then you have exactly what you have, a b&b.
All in all nothing untoward but again the word hotel is incorrect and it is being charged a hotel rate, not a B&B.

The rooms advertised on your website were not available. The room we stayed in was not shown on the photos on your website. If it was a would not have chosen to stay there. It was dirty the carpet was stained and decor tatty. The breakfast was cooked in old dirty frying oil and was burnt.

I recently stayed at Arden House NEC and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The lack of basic amenities and subpar conditions made for a less-than-pleasant stay.
The shower in my room was in poor condition, with very weak water pressure. This made for an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. When I attempted to use the shower the main fuse box downstairs, tripped 4 times and I was unable to shower. I raised this and was then moved to a different room.
This alternative room was cramped, with a large chair and footstall squeezed up the side of the bed restricting access from the side.
Furthermore, the absence of windows in the bedroom created a claustrophobic atmosphere, depriving the room of natural light and ventilation. It felt more like a dark, cramped box than a comfortable accommodation.
To add to the discomfort, there was no central heating in the room, bar a broken radiator, leaving it cold and unwelcoming, especially during a chilly night. This lack of heating made it difficult to relax and enjoy my time in the room.
The bathroom/toilet also had a large plain glass window, so no privacy at all and everything was on show to the world.
Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my stay at Arden House NEC. The combination of poor shower facilities with an electrical fault, lack of windows in the bedroom, plain window in the bathroom/toilet and no central heating made for a thoroughly unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Must admit was a bit confused in the beginning as I wasn’t expecting the hotel to have Shakespeare themed room thought the ceiling thing was a little creepy but the bed was really comfy.. found a bible in the draw I was a bit confused. Bathroom was clean and tidy, fresh towels and bedding. The doors are also really hard to open, the code lock for the front door needs to be fixed as it feels like it’s stuck and door is really hard to open.. overall really nice, lots of storage space on wardrobe

It was very clean and tidy, and the room was so nice I couldn’t believe is true .
The guy from the reception was so friendly and kind deserved every penny.
I kindly recommend it !👏
