This hotel is dirty, run down and just plain disgusting. The staff isn’t helpful and it’s under renovation. It may be nice after renovations but the ad for the hotel isn’t even close to what you will get. Completely disgusting for a Ramada hotel. If I could have cancelled and switched hotels I would have. Just awful in every way

We did a late check in because we spent the day in the city. The guy who received us in the morning was ok and agreed to let us leave our luggage there before the check in time. But the guy who checked us in later that night was rude and arrogant and not courteous at all. Not very welcoming. The place is in a horrible inaccessible location, we realized too late. And they are in the midst of doing some work. The guy who checked us in was racial profiling us and put us in old rooms in the non-renovated floor. There were old rusty pipes in the hallways. One of the rooms didn’t have towels when we came and had to ask for it. It also didn’t have the duvet or comforter top on the beds. Lamps were missing bulbs and there are no accessible outlets to charge your gadgets with. Breakfast was a couple of pastries and a pre-packed Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I honestly don’t know how this place is part of the Wyndham group. Luckily we only stayed a few hours: checked in late, checked out early. I guess we got what we paid for. If you’re only passing through and looking for a cheap place and you don’t mind motel-quality, you could try this place.

Got bitten by bed bugs. Room keys were not working and they had to open doors with manual keys every time. Bathroom was dirty when I first entered. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Room is not clean. There is dirt on the washing basin when we moved in. Power plug is unusable, can’t charge your phone. On the second day, the room lock broke. We can’t get into the room. And they asked us to move all of our luggages to another room. They did not even apologize. We had a lot of stuff to move. One of the staff asked us if we needed help. We said yes. And she just stood there. Telling us what we should do, how we should pack our luggage. SHE DID NOT HELP AT ALL. The alarm went off twice during our stay. First day, starting at 11am, lasted for an hour. Very disturbing! The next day, it went off at 7am. Can’t even sleep. And when we asked them, it’s not fire alarm, it’s their system alarm. There is NO SERVICE during our stay. Not to mention their Breakfast sucks. Shuttle service is only limited 1 or 2 per day and prices are high. Bus stop is really far away from the hotel. Overall, not clean, no power plug, no service, unfriendly staff and bad location.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. When I arrived, the elevator was out of service. Until my departure, the elevator was still not fixed. Note that I was staying on the fourth floor. Thanks for offering the breakfast but it's not convenient for a long stay. Overall, the staff was great and welcoming.

The staff was nice and very helpful. The place was kind of clean. Elevators weren't working and they didn't tell us the shuttles weren't free. Also breakfast was ok, nothing special or cooked.

The elevators did not work and had not worked for a while. The stairs were very dangerous and unsafe. The staff offered zero apologies and took no responsibility for the situation. The location of this hotel is in a very noisy area and the building is not built with sound dampening in mind. The staff was less than helpful and overall this hotel was worse than the motel 6 down the street.

Hotel did not have elevator since a month and they dis not mention that on booking. Our floor was 8th floor that we had to climb each time. The rooms were terrible with really old stuff. Loose sockets, creaking and broken appliances

Property was in remodeling stage and there wasn't a warning on the page. Elevator was not working and my family was assigned a high floor while we had a pregnany family member. The hotel was nice to send us to their sister hotel across the property but had we had known of all this we would not have had booked here during this time.

Property was under construction, no lift working. Offered place in near by hotel which was too dirty, very small rooms, pathetic condition. This was very bad experience.

Properly needs renovation. Poorly managed and dirty. Sheets were stained, spiderwebs on windows and elevator not working. We were there three nights and bedding’s were never changed.

When we arrived the front sliding doors weren't working, so we had to pry them open to enter. We were informed that the elevators weren't working and we'd have to take the stairs, which our group wouldn't have minded usually, but we were on the fifth floor and one of our group was recovering from a double knee surgery. In our room the phone cable had been cut and the clock didn't work, the microwave couldn't be plugged in because the cord was too short to reach the outlet unless we moved the microwave to the floor, and we originally booked the room when it said it could accommodate 5 people but it could only hold 4. We requested a cot but they informed us they didn't have one. The rooms constantly smelled like smoke despite us choosing non-smoking as well.

I'm 3 months post knee replacement and the elevator was not working. The lowest room was on the 3rd floor. The staff were able to get us into the Days Inn next door for the same price, but now I couldn't use my Wyndham points.

Was there 3 days in which time to lift didn’t work at all, room was tidy and bed comfortable, not best situated if your not driving, bus does have a bus shuttle service at a cost of $10 each way but latest return is 20.30, breakfast very basic microwave didn’t work one day, had problems with the door lock kept getting stuck and wasn’t resolved when I was here. I am not one to normally give poor reviews,
