Lagoon Tower by Hilton Grand Vacations Club gives guests ideal access to the best stretch of Waikiki's famous white-sand beach and the extensive entertainment, shopping and dining options within the renowned Hilton Hawaiian Village.

The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/views depending on where it is assigned by floor. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean view suite with balcony features a master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination and TOTO washlet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, two twin beds, or two double beds and includes a bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, TV with cable, PlayStation 3, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen with rice cooker. Washer and dryer are included on each floor free for use.

Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Nice enough… parking is very expensive +tax. Parking is somewhat difficult and far, now handicap or stroller friendly. Beware of private events on property. There was an enormous party on the lawn right outside our room, complete with dancing and a live DJ. It was LOUD. Like being inside a nightclub. Half the lagoon and rainbow tower rooms face the lawn, so I imagine it was very loud for them as well. It was impossible to put a young child to sleep. Management was unsympathetic. Housekeeping is every 4 days Amenities and services are divided between the “hotel side” and the “timeshare side.” For example, Lyft and Uber are not allowed to drop off and pickup at the timeshare side, meaning you have to walk to another building for a ride. Re: host. Everything was fine until the host messaged and asked for an additional $600 dollars. Host said this was for a room upgrade to an ocean view. *note* description says ocean view. There was an exchange of messages and I indicated I did not feel comfortable and had never been asked in vrbo and similar platforms to pay extra after the booking. When we got to the room, the ocean view was completely obstructed by trees with palm tree fronds growing into and on the balcony. I did not agree to pay extra, and glad I did not based on the trees and blocked view. The manner of asking for extra money after booking was very uncomfortable, and made me concerned for the booking. I’m glad it all worked out. Overall, good place for groups.

Cheng was great to work with. Very prompt with communication, and generous with a welcome gift, etc. The property was incredibly beautiful with everything you need readily available. We were so grateful to get our family of 6 together after 8 plus years - and at such a luxurious resort. Thanks, Cheng! We appreciate everything you did for our family!!
